Very good except your third entry would actually be the candle to the right of the white line since the price hadn't moved below the low of the signal candle with the white line and the next candle was also a bull candle with a higher low.

At any rate all three of those entries that you marked would have been in good profit at some point.

And you deserve an A for your effort in trying to understand the system properly.

If the low of a sell signal candle is not broken and another bullish candle forms with a higher low, then as long as the nonlagdots have remained RED the higher low becomes the point where you would want to place your pending sell order. The opposite is true for a buy signal candle.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to make sure that the nonlagdots have remained the same color.

This is where the indicator that I modified comes in handy. I will place a Red Arrow above the proper signal candle for a sell and a Blue Arrow below the proper signal candle for a buy. It can be found HERE in the first post. It is called the NoLagAlerts Single v2.4. You have to have both the nonlagdot indicator and this indicator loaded and running at the same time.

very well explication, thankyou smoothtrader, i just was wathching how this rule work right now, eurusd, is not the one good signal, but is the firts signal, atfer new party of red dots, the problem is like the to big stop los, iven of that two end candlel with higher low has a nice brake, and good continuation of price down.

But remember .... in fact this is a basket strategy. Using only single pairs may generate a lot of false signals especially at the lower TFs like M30. So I use the H4 or even the daily for single pairs to catch the long lasting trends. At the lower TFs it's better and successful to use the baskets described here often enough by Lebaneese.

is not the first signal on this red dots on audusd, but we have a strong usd today, so this was a nice try of colection pips, endet with succes( minimum be)

i dont think that is necesary to use it on basket trading, i trade baskets last 2 years and more, this pairs are not corelated most of the time, so you can take some big losses to. But if to make some analyses on lower tf, to find the right direction of the trend, it is posibile to avoid fake signals, who are not so many in my vewy.
But this is just my vewy of thinks about this strategy.

May I ask what you (and everyone else) what you are doing when you are waiting for a new candle to open? You have to check your charts every half hour but this should be done in a couple of minutes at the later stage of the day. I run either 5 or 15min charts generally. It's kind of nice to not be constantly staring at the screen. I've found it's actually helped me stay more relaxed than if I was trying to pull a few ticks on a 1min chart.

I take the time to read or study different materials on the markets and other subjects.

While it may only take a couple of moments to place the pending orders, it does take a bit of time to look at many different aspects of the markets to make sure that those are the correct orders or to skip them due to various reasons. I may be slow, but I find that I spend at least 15 minutes before, during, and after a signal to look at all the other factors(Higher and Lower TF PA, action of correlated pairs, strength or weakness of the different currencies, outside market forces like oil and stock markets, and any news).

Shum welcome to the thread , if u download Smooth indicator from first post u will get an arrow above/below the right entry .
So it will be up to u to choose the signal if to take or no. Remember not all signals are tradable . we need to catch the trend start which mean we sell top and buy bottom , entries in middle trend are not always good for trading unless u can see some retracement than it will be trend continuation. good luck all.

​we don't trade basket for correlation , basket is for fast target reach. if u don't want to trade basket u can trade each pair alone but will be different MM .
I trade basket to reach my weekly target the fastest way .
