Set Astrolog to your server time zone... I am using Oanda MT4 charts and their server time zone is EST... At other times I may use another MT4 provider with a server time zone of GMT +2 (CET).... set the lat/long to the server location as well...

NY trading is very light today because of a National Holiday, President's Day. I see the Vertex signatures as "inflection" points. Last week they were reversal points but other inflections are also possible such as
Down trend to up trend
Up trend to down trend
Down to sideways
Up to side ways
Sideways to up
Sideways to down
then there are continuation patterns that have an extra push at an inflection point...
Mild down pattern gets more aggressive in the down trend
Same with mild up pattern
I wish it was as easy as 1 reversal pattern! I am seeing a down pattern getting more aggressively down starting at 9 am EST... We'll see if there is a reversal at
10:58 (11 am) EST in a few minutes, as Vertex leaves Libra... or the next event is this afternoon at 4:10 pm EST When Vertex enters Capricorn....

Mid-point of Vertex in Libra marked a nice bottom for the day, Monday Feb 15th... with quiet markets in NY from the holiday, only 40 pip rise... not bad though...

I learned we cannot disregard technical / fundamental entirely, rather that we complemented with astro, to figure out the next price action will be.
