I just entered short side starter size for GBP/JPY. I think this will work in our favor on Monday, technically and fundamentally. China opens back up next week and we should see a lot of weakness in GBP.

I was just glancing at the GBP chart and it's looking pretty weak. Definitely something I'll be digging into this weekend.

Oil is going negative, dow is closed. G/Y looks weak. I think coast is clear to take a short from here. shorting now at 164.38

Well, that's (basically) a wrap gang. Nice job this week.

I'll be working on the weekly outlook tomorrow and getting it out sometime Sunday before the markets open.

Very nice thread Geppy, i like the way to trade almost with naked chart, sometime i fall in the trap to use fancy indicators, but i feel the way is the PA and studying the chart without shortcut.

Here are my current trades, looking for three or so pushes, then trading on 1Hr pin bars, got stopped out twice on eur/cad but the principle was right but s/l not quite big enough.

just gave a quick look at your blog. fantastic! seeing the same things. and since i too trade trendlines, i feel when others see the same lines it just reinforces the strength of them. 1 more you should take a look at is NZDJPY. I know you dont like trading the pair because of the swaps but its in a prime position for a nice short. Thinking todays chinese news might be the the thing that takes it over the edge or boosts it. only time will tell....

Hey raiders, thanks for the kind words. I'm looking forward to another great week!

In terms of NZD/JPY... you're right, I won't look at it. I'm a firm believer in sticking to a handful of pairs and developing expertise in them. Every pair has its own pulse and way of behaving. The more you trade the same pairs, the more you'll understand the nuances and ebbs and flows of those pairs.

NZD/JPY isn't a pair I "know", so I'll stay away. And yes, the swap doesn't help. It's easy to try and chase setups on paris you're unfamiliar with but I always feel like a lawyer arguing a case that's outside the scope of my expertise.

Best of luck with it though.
