I live in Italy, usually use only London but starting at 7 (italy) by a couple of days I'm trying asia but is less stable

In other words you normally starts at 7 and ends at 11? (GMT+1)

Displaying the chart looks like recent days has worked very well with assia session...

normally open at 7 am and after one or two target I close, if not reach the target looks even one day, then a lot depends on the situation (how many trades are open etc. etc.)
