Its been waiting for a while no specific news apart from 40 billion getting wiped off the stocks.

The surge up was just banks getting the most out of it I didn't expect it to be so quick though.
I think We are looking into the mid .60,s in the coming weeks.

Oil tanks , stocks tank , Commodity currencies tank with it . Interesting the Kiwi clawed a lot back , Aussie slowly following . Oil is due a Bounce Inventories was surprising good last night and the US rig count coming down . Good luck to all we need volatility to make money and we sure got that !

Congrats to you too, Skyrek. We've both traded well today. This afternoon I took shorts from .71399, .71235, and last but not least pleasurable, one from .71052 with

only 12 pip SL 40 minutes b4 the plunge. Closed them all out and have shaved a couple of scalps out of rebound. And in last 24 hours I've cleaned up on USD/JPY. All with

newly developed and highly paid for risk management control skills. All a very welcome addition to my account. Cheers Mate

Don't get to hard on yourself. As you stated earlier, it was position trade, so your judgement of bearish stance from 0.72xx level still valid. However i don't keep shorts for long time, only to scalp daily when i see the opportunity. It works for me though. This pair hasn't show any clear direction for sometime, i agree.

yes. looking at the chart we are locked in a range currently between 7150 and 6970. daily body candles trading at tight range too. my shorts were stopped out with about 20 pips each. during yesterday's spike and now i am flat until we reach extremes of the range.
