Agree on this one apart from the God thing. There is no God to me.

Todayīs a very good day for divergence for me, EUR/JPY getting 1:12 and 1:10 RR trades in.

Does holy grail really mean ALL winners. I guess it means being profitable consistently with a reliable strategy. I also donīt like to call anything system because system seems so static. I always feel like the trader is the most important factor.

Give 100 people the same trade rules and after 1000 trades, they will all come up with different strategies.

If you can show via live trades, that you can consistently make money, then I guess you have a holy grail, Sir.

actually, there was a 1 signal today for a buy eurusd but enter candle was too big, so i thought that it didnt work...

Nothing personal really. But I can make those perfect trades in hindsight using RSI divergence and I can show you 1000's of charts where it made profit. Why do not you post an explorer trading that system live (without revealing your indicators) so that you and other people can track the performance better, adding a trade explorer and monitoring your live trades will decide whether this is a system that works or not.

ok, show me your divergence trading with RSI...show me images with RSI divergences in history and i will show you a thousands of false RSI signals.
The difference between my system and RSI or MACD or something esle, is that, I have only a few false signals...90 percents of divergences works great...

So how on earth does that predict where price will head next? Because a line heads the opposite way to where the price has just headed ,this does NOT and I repeat does NOT determine where price is going next. I mean, think about what you're saying. And anyway, if you have got this fantastic system, so what? What do you want me or anybody else to do about it?SHEEESH!!

Its not about percentages, its about RR especially.So if you win 20 pips 9 times but have 1 loser with 200 pips, you are down.

I have roughly 50:50 winners/losers, not calculating BE trades. But I have a superior RR, so my wins make up for the losses. There is always 1 or 2 pairs trending really really well that give me 50+ pips on ~5pip SL like 4-5 times each week.

It will be a long journey for you if you donīt have too many signals. If your indicator is so good, why not go lower TF. Divergence works everywhere and a good indicator, like you call you one, should work from M1 up to monthly too.

I use divergence too, but when the instrument has been overbought or oversold. This is a stronger setup with more probability for a reversal or retrace. But like Goldberg said, one bad trade can take all recent winnings if you are not careful, also how do you know where the price next peak or valley will be? where will be your stop? If trading was that simple, ... well you know

Its not bad, its about quality not quantity. But if you only go for 20 pips (I am not sure because once you say this and then you go for higher TP). Its just not something for me personally. But I guess that happens to all traders that trade the higher TFs. This indicator seems to go with the price 95% of the time. Others offer more opportunities. But as everybody prefers.

Also please do not get me wrong, what is the point of posting these charts here? I mean, if you just want to test your trading that's not an explorer, and it's not a trading journal. So it's not benefit for you at all to post these "hindsight" trades. Are you trying to sell this indicator for example? Are you just showing off how good your trades are? Believe me, traders do not care about trades that look awesome in history.

Please, if you have something that "works" DO NOT share it. ( I assume you have one, haha I might be wrong ) Anything that works, and shared, will stop working. This is the market science. Tested and proven many times, everything that works, and get the attention of so many traders just fails over time. I bet no successful trader will show his strategy
