cool, it's that unsquared candle....I'm all about that one thing in this move because the banks would appreciate that level....157.21.....a little lower I'll bet... Hey...if da banks want that ok wid me...

Long from 173.26 and looking for 175.7, gonna short if it breaks 175.77 and rejects from 176. SL at BE in case price can't get over 174.0/2

Got 60 pips profit, not sure if I should close. Take a fat 1% or risk getting more.

It can try to hit 172.05 then up to 177.35 using the Fib expansion lines.

In both cases, it's pointing to this 177.20-177.35 area. The question is whether it will do it at wave 4 end or wave b end?

that chart....the Nikkei is down 3.3%...True trend is up there above at 172.85 or so.....that's the same as a 50}{200 ema cross-over....333sma

OUR 2 CONTENDERS FOR THE DAY

LEFT: Yesterday Cable had a 4hr bar close below monthly pivot at 4379, then bounce up. The high of that candle was 4426. Stoch is still high. So look for London to break 4426 and move up to Sunday R2 which is also the Weekly R2 at 4530.
There will be some resistance at 4518 which is last Weekly R2
Because the bounce came of the Monthly pivot, we coulc possibly hold for Monthly R1 at 4679

RIGHT: Yesterday GBPJPY dropped from Sunday R1 742 to Sunday pivot at 7221. If this 4hr bar closes up, then we'll be above Sunday, weekly and monthly pivots, yet below the day pivot. If stoch can turn up by London open, then buy at 7271

That's excellent detective work....thanks for that.....but selling 172.88 just because the 15M said it's ok to try a sell at this time on the wristwatch.....

Anyway, closed the shorts at 172.38 (I didn't set a TP at 172.10!!!) and sold now at 172.91. We gotta watch this 55ema support on the hourlies currently at 172.45.
If it closes below that, then it might test the 172.35 trendline again.
If it closes below that, then we're looking at 163 double bottom or beyond.
If it bounces off 172.35, then 177.2 might be in play.

Be careful on this old lady.....the hourlies show a forming triple top which might break or rejected, while the daily shows an expanding wedge.

So cable lifted off, and GBPJPY still here at 172.71. Placing a pending order at 172.83 to add an extra long end of this hr

Good deal. The range for today is shifting quite often. Next high is probably going to be 173.35-173.40. We still have the bottom TL intact....

You know what's worrying about this is that the 55 and 200 EMAs on 15m, 30m, and 1hr are diverging. Market indecision maybe?

On the 1hr, it's starting to look like a bear flag forming until we see a significant break up.....

Bought in at rejection of bottom channel an last weeks close down there. Already in the green, will continue holding until stopped out or profit point.
