123 long +15 from 79 looking for pb to 78 to get second trade

bread and butter for +30

very strange day it started off like there would be nothing usually in the first 1st hr you get all the setups today it was later2 +1s 3 +15 tick wins and 1 +30 tick win =77 ticks on really a crappy day. Most of you who trade use the dom for entries I find it so much easier to trade off charts the countdowntimer is ther so went set up is forming I just right click and have crosshairs on the place where I want to enter and focus just on count down timer and price then just click. make sure you uncheck auto other wise you will have 2 sets of orders put on 1 from chart other from dom

if you are still trading start looking for short setups

my day was a little different:

On first trade after getting first 15 if price continues up to 30 don't take pb

At about 1050 there was a 2b long that looks like a win with the pb also

price went with by 20 then came back .. was a choppy period of sideways pa - probably shouldn't have taken either trade in hindsight

Can lock in 15 when up 20 it's all about accumulating to reach goal

yes you're right .. ootb trade went +24 and pb went +26 - do you revise to +1 if price goes with by 10 or wait for +15?

Any time you get over 15 ticks on second trade always lock in 15 up over 20 lock in 20 always lock in profit when ever possible goal +50 ticks on day

Yesterday was really good day, eventhough started a bit slowly. Actually, I can't remember any day with 333method that has been bad

Having my chart setup like this.

I have previously used setup that has 3-4 different products and 3 different rangesetups, but concentrating on one product seems to be the way at least for me. I also got rid of ema20 today. It has been there for two years, but honestly haven't looked at it for a longlong time. Seems that it doesn't bring any value, distraction only. 999 is there to be able to glance it fast and candles for 333 are there while I don't like switching back and forth but like the idea of seeing all price action via candles.

The less decisions the better, this type of trading really feels like a game. You wait, concentration when something starts to happening and action, response is almost immediate, which I like in trading. No need to wait hours. Really liking it. Thanks to H!

First time posting a chart here, just need some advice on my first trade using the method. I am a cTrader user, so the chart will look a little different. I trade the DAX, but using 21 Ticks chart as that seems to be fitting for me. I am trading a different strategy, but decided to give this a go, as it seems to be simple yet powerful. I like how you guys are using old patterns that stood the test of time.

Anyway, here's the chart. The trend was obviously down, we had a 1-2-3 pattern which I did not notice because I was making my breakfast. Traded the PB though with a R:R 1:2, my SL was just above point 3. Any feedback is appreciated.

Edit: There was also a hidden divergence at the pullback.

Also, have to say. The most powerful way to test this is Forward-testing. Then you know, if you are fast enough to put orders there (sometimes buystop setup happens so fast, that you can't enter), if you make some interpretation errors and also, getting feel of having wins and losses. Does that affect you and if so, how much? As jtrade says, in backtest you have perfect execution, but in live there is some variance.

When trading this kind of system, you just have to keep on firing. Can't paralyze after having few losses, even if they happen first thing in the session. Normal session includes 4-6 trades and usually more wins than losses, so you have plenty of time and possibilities to break even and then continue to parlay with OPM.
