The trade zones:


Inner zone green - trend-trades
From +100 to -100 market Fibonacci zones.
I call it also the trend zone. Here we look for trend-trades, both directions allowed and we can hold it until we see a hook, hold it still through the empty space between green and pink zone. If we do not have a trade jet we do not enter in the empty space it is to late.

Outer zone pink - reversal-trades
Higher then +161 and lower then -161 market Fibonacci reversal zones.
I call it also the reversal zone. Here we do never enter in direction to more outside, only as a reversal to the inside if we see a hook and a GAP (needs the second currency to build a pair). If a currency have hit the reversal zone we are allowed to enter in the empty zone a reversal trade to the inside.

Be aware smaller TFs are more volatile then bigger ones. Smaller TFs like to hit higher market Fibonacci reversal zones.

Now it is official we are commercial thread Later on the day I will give more details still early morning here. For me it is OK to have commercial thread I was planing this anyway but I am sorry for many new traders now have it more difficult to find it.

i have this indicator for 2 weeks, but only loaded yesterday, i must say it is very impressive. I have several other spaghetti type strength indicators, and yes the results are different. thank you Bernhard for creating this gem.

Hi Bernhard, what Time Frame Chart have you used in the above example of "The Trade Zones"? And why is it that the Green Zone upper level is FIB 100 and lower level is FIB 161? Shouldn't the Green Zone be between Fib 100 and Fib 100 lelvels?

Bernhard how would you deal with this that i pointed out with white rectangle? I see lots of double gaps and chose the strongest vs weakest. However if you look at the chart and traded according to the signal from CS. It would reverse right after 10 candles or so.

Please advice.

i;d use m5 or m15 to enter , using H1, i would have missed the move already and by the time i enter with h1, the market has done with its initial move and is probably pull back . then it either continues or reverses, . so i don't use h1 to 'enter'. my 2 cents

If you keep the colours same as I am used to it would be even easier for my to analyze your trades.
Take profit is a MUST!
Here the strongest double GAP was AUDJPY. If you enter after the 2nd period of GAP and closed at the hook when both have reacted on the market Fibonacci 100 simultaneously you made at least 40 pips. If you trade the h1 without smaller TF for entry trigger but use instead h1 as entry then have a higher TF Daily as trend and resize your position in relation to the bigger SL.
