i dont trade the current candle,
1) is big
2) is correction

but the next ( 20.00-24.00) if is red will be great short opportunity

the EU will stop at 1,055 but need time and of caurse till then will see many up/down

Hi Brainanda,

Thank you for your explanantions. I have some questions that I would appreciate if you could answer them:

Do you follow the same instructions in your live account Greed/Red rev2?

- Do you apply any other rule to close orders or do you always wait until the order touches TP or SL?
- At what level do you move the SL to BE?
- I can see that today for example you have opened 3 different orders at the same level: 1.0835. What is the reason for opening 3?
- Once you set the pending orders... do you close those orders that do not reach the buy/stop limit in the next candle, or you leave them until they open?

yep I follow my system. well... it has a little arrangement though, from G/R original

nope, I'll let those order playing at the market, will it hit TP / SL, it's up to the market itself

I'm using 176.4 as my BE level point.
but because market sometimes moving violently (USA market time) during midnight (in my local time), I use EA to lock profit, it's like Trailing Stop but only to move SL to BE

and I here though I've some order at 1.0835, it was the TP point that you're asking? I'm not opening 3 at once, look at the picture below
the first 'two' has placed on Jan 21, at 08PM and kept open from Jan 22, at 00AM until reaching the TP today
the last 'one' has place on latest signal, and it has reach its final point too,
and those are the 3 orders with the same TP (just coincidental the fibo point is next to each other)

I cancel all the untouched stop/limit order if the next candle changes otherwise, I let them open.
if the current candle was Bear, next closed candle was bull, and has some limit/stop untouched, I cancel it, but for the opened order, I'll let them hit TP/SL, because that's the risk

No certainly not for every candle but rather selective.
I look at chart structure on the left and at lower TF's so I can make decisions based on mini and major S+R levels.
What I'm looking for is an expectation of price to show signs of breaking down to the downside for a Sell_Limit setup that misses the stop. Opposite case for the Buy_Limit order.

Backtesting can give many examples but no guarantee moving forward.
Likewise for the choice of pair (I also consider other pairs and indices etc) with some more profitable over others for a given period of time which can easily change moving forward.

Ultimately it might be best to apply the basic approach and then later think about adding in the limit orders.

Hi Dafa,

Exactly right!

The trader must decide if it's worth implementing into the method or not.

If you get it right though the account can grow much faster with only a small additional increase to the applied risk.
If you get it wrong the loss is relatively smaller.

An EA could be coded for sure but from my point of view I like to have control over the trades which would mean constant monitoring of the trades. Useful for entries though and could be tested.

Yeah, I agree with you Mastermind, by taking full-control towards my own trades, this will give me a better understanding for implementation R/G in the market.
How R/G will go when the market doing 'that' and 'this'... Though surely, it's giving me some troublesome, by looking monitor time to time, but it's worth enough

but testing 2 more strategys all together ( with very little lot) to see how the 1 can cover the others loses

so why i try to find something else while GREEN RED give me till now good results?
just i want make some combination because
i saw the last 2 weeks that something go to change in candle momentum
of caurse the ATR include in each candle but, was the 1st time after 9 months that 2 weeks was so confuse
yes i now , was in range
but if you go back and take 3 diff range area will see good results

so,
i want to put 3 orders with 3 diff strategys
i dont know if is possible to have succes,
i will try ,, so if any idea is wellcome

Thanks a lot for your answers. Some more questions about your method just pop up in my head. Would you mind to help me solving them? I'm trying to understand completly your method...

- What is your Money Management? Risk per trade? Number of lots per trade?

- Do you use the information of volumes per candle for taking any opening/closing decission?

- Do you only use technical analysis, or do you apply fundamental analysis to your trading strategy also?

- Do you ever use trending lines, resistances and support for trading?

- I can see that you are opening a second and thrid entry at the same level. Are you using this option?

well, because I haven't high balance yet, I don't really know yet about lot/trade, but I think, yeah just I think about using 0.01lot (standard account) in every trade if your balance under $200, 0.02lot for the balance under $400, yep maybe that's it. my presumption is trading in safe zone if you has a thousand margin level. I have yet a bad month, so I don't really know the real MM/Risk, but for now, this is the most safe MM I ever use.

nope.

nope. I'm only using fibo as my technical analysis, because I trade on momentum, just as someone said before "R/G is using price momentum", no other indies and even price action.

if you ever see my post here and find any 'trendline' there, it just 'a decoration' , I can't say I'm using SnR or not, but hmm... my trades doesn't care about SnR, but my mental and my mind's caring SnR too much , confused don't ya?

yep, though just as I write, second entry is optional. There's some month that 'second entry' has more profit instead 'third entry', and so the opposites. if comparing to original R/G, I'm using 76.4 as my double entry when the first original (I think) using 100% as the double entry
