yes you have to keep your SL until it is hit or hold . If opposite signal appear should be taken also.

Is it possible to have a MTF version of your indicator? or a MTF version of the original indicator.

That is to say, price must be in a trend on those charts, the retracement on 30 minutes is the signal

4 pairs hit my 2% target and I closed out the rest when they didn't seem to carry on

I did not author the original nonlagdot indicator.

I can try to take a look at it, but it won't be for at least a couple of days.

It's not rocket science and in the end, you have to trade what you see on your charts

But anyway, before you go off like a rocket, here is one of my trades today, complete with notes on the chart

I use a trading manager EA which I set to take profit at (usually) 2%

As you can see, that got me out of this trade very nicely, otherwise it would still be hanging around

Grab the pips and run is my motto, especially on 30 minutes charts

I can post the other 3 trades but really, not much difference, retracement, dots change color, entry, make pips, exit

Same here. Small loss on GJ long (-29), open EU, EN shorts, AU, NJ long, and UCAD short about to trigger.

So we cannot OP if against the trend ?? (trend criteria Which is, price must be above or below the 20 EMA on daily and also above or below the 40 EMA on 4 hour chart )

Brave man to fight that trend, with all the volatility, I reckon just find the direction on Daily & 4 Hour charts

Patiently wait for the retracement and trend continuation on the 30 minutes chart

I'm not saying you can't trade counter trend, if that works for you or anyone reading this, that's great

I got 2% from this pair in Asian session, see the chart
