To forex newbies I want say - dont read books about forex, dont watch lectures, webinars about forex, dont buy anything about forex its all are USELESS.....
Trust me...There is only one way to good system - do it by yourself...but it cant take a lot of time, many years of time...and there is no guarantie that you will do such system after a years, because forex ir very very HARD .....but you can try....as i did it...

Seems to me like instead of indicator divergence, price divergence is being considered as a signal here.

He wants admiration. Without giving the indicator he cannot teach anybody anything. Just MM, but thats available somewhere else plenty.

The divergence actually started three bars earlier and could have produced a loss depending on your stop loss level. You now draw the line straight to the last bar prior to the market turn. As someone else mentioned earlier, it is easy to draw divergence after the reversal has already happened.

I trade divergences from H1 to D1, but 6 month berofe, I created, probably, the best system for scalping in the world for M30,M15, using the same indicator but with 6 modifications at the same time.
Here is how it looks like
