Thats a good one. However trading the classic divergence is more difficult could put you into heavy drawdowns. I think the should be restricted to only Hidden divergence....... Its easier to trade if only you can spot them. Besides you always trade with the trend ( which is always suppose to be your friend).

As I said, I created my divergence system for a 5 years. Its more or less a proffesional divergence trading system with only one indicator. Only indicator and graphic, nothing else. And there is no difference - classic or hidden divergence, i trade them all. Usually I take 20 point as a take profit of every divergence trade and it works great. Look, i show you some signals in this week ....i didnt take them, because i wasnt at computer.

95% of the Japanese banks or may be more are using this system

with no doubt, I can say, that divergence signal is the strongest signal in market. In my case, divergence works more than 80 percents in all pairs in all markets in all history.

I wish you a good luck with divergences.

sorry, but only indicator is not the solution of problems...there is a specific divergence analyse rules which I create for a 5 years.
Every divergence signal at first must be analyzed and only after that you can open a trade.

All i can do for you - i can say the biggest mistakes which newbies do in divergence traiding.... If you want it - i will say.
