My GMT=GMT of my Broker (pls see in attach) - I did not chanched the settings.

since now is summer time, GMT=UTC+1
Therefore, in some terminals is error, you can fix it by manually entering the value ShiftBrokerofGMT, for example, 0.
In my case it works. Why not - we need to understand. But the function that handles the GMT indicator has long been updated and now works correctly, for example, in the indicator SmartProfile, which replaced the old version.

Thanks vinvlad and Frocus for the prompt replied. It's working on the normal day profile but for my own purpose, i will zoom into other session profile as well (not split profile). In order to do that, i need to change the setting personally. It's working perfectly fine when there's no gap in price but once the gap in price occurred , it's most likely will hang when i changed the setting. Let's the the EU for this week and use the riv_ay-TPOChart.v102-6 for this example. Try manually change the ShiftBrokerofGMT to 7, and it will hang ( for my broker GMT +2) . So the key issue is how the profile handle the gap in price when the profile DayStartHour setting being manually changed. Thanks

I managed to load DAX to a TPO-chart using bandung. But im having a hard time figuring out what "Row Size" mean and what it does. Someone care to explain?

If you read any of the published materials about MP (Steidlmayer, Dalton), the basic anatomy of a profile uses 30m data. Traditionally a 30m tf is used.

When you delve into more advanced research into AMVT, it is accepted that that Market's are complex and driven by "Feedback".

"Then we questioned sampling periods. Is a 30 minute time frame too long, too short or just right for the intra-day bars that specify the TPOs? Sample periods are affected by the run-pause nature of markets. A very short time sample, say a few minutes, could be in the noise. A very long time, say a trading day, wipes out the intra-day detail. We found the best time to be about 25 minutes, close to the 30 minute timeframe originally chosen by Steidlmayer in CBOT Market Profile, 1985. So the standard 30 minute time slices are fine. The reason MP/AMVT uses the 30m tf is because it takes about 30 minutes before "new information" is assimilated and the market stops reacting to it.

You may try using a 30m tf instead of a 1 minute chart
The shorter the tf, the closer you are to the noise. The best practice imo is to use the tool on the tf it was designed for, the 30m.
Remember "why" AMT/MP uses the 30m tf (because its far enough away from the noise, yet long enough without wiping out the intraday detail.)

If you choose to use a 1m chart you'll have to allow yourself the minor distortions caused by "noise" in the data.
When used on the 30m "row height" is used to "aesthetically" fit the data to the chart.

How are you finding trading this method? I am a big fan used in the correct way, this is one of the most consistantly profitable methods in trading

Hi. I was wondering if Tradingview's pinescript language is powerful enough to implement MP? I've been browsing their api and there seems to been several plot functions. (I haven't coded in years) I'm waiting for an httpget or email function if they ever implement one.

Anyways, I think its a great charting tool and you can load stock market data not just forex.

Is there any indicator that allows to merge and unmerge in TPO charts apart from +TPO-RangeV3 and bandung's TPOChart indicator?
