not good for trade, as you can clearly see market was compressing, market momentum is going lower in h1 and m15 and has already reached below 23 fibo in m5, also currencies are compressed. In this state is only be possible small scalper pullbacks but better to wait for a reaction, a breakout as I already posted in post 1.
Well something you can still see if you have eyes. JPY have still room to drop from high (yellow h1) and AUD have room to rise (light blue h1).
If we now have a look at m15, JPY is crossing down and came from up and AUD is crossing the null is rising up and came from down this is supported with picture on m5.
So far we have potential still for an AUDJPY long trade, so that time to open a chart.
I did not look yet at any chart but see. We already have made HH and HL.

Continuation setup for upper breakout on UJ, risk 12 pips. Also m30 cross of strenght indie.

As I said before when you switch to a chart the trader use his own technique for manage his trade.

Thanks Bernhard for your fast reply and good work. Took the plunge and got the indy. Here a little trade a did last night in the early Tokyo session. Did not do any further analysis just entered based on the weak versus strong currency on the 5min TF. This trade is now over +100 pips. Maybe not saying much as we are in a strong trending environment today. Will have to do more testing.... PS: Entry by the red arrow {image}

Thank you for your input. Indeed the trading technique exists for a long time. I did not know any of this sites before those are the basics. We are adding here more theory on to it. Using a different calculation and adding market momentum which is the key for trading and using more information with market Fibonacci reversal zones were currencies reacting. Also we will be using speed and in what zone is that speed which I have here not jet explained, I will come to it later.
