Just out of curiosity ( don't be critical, still learning ) What causes a lot of the AUD/USD to fluctuate? Whether the price movement goes up or down? Do you guys listen to news updates and wait for it or read the charts more? I'm still in a learning process, only been trading for a month or so with real money.

Don't do demo trading either until you educate yourself.Not only about trading,but most importantly about money management.For example,go to babypips.com.There are some good souls who have put very good material for beginners on-line for free.Study that 100%,than do demo trading.If you are not profitable 6 straight months,don't even try to send money to your broker.
You will thank me later.

On Tuesday, the Australian government forecaster in its latest quarterly report lowered its 2016 iron ore price forecast by 19% and now expects prices to average just $41.30 per tonne next year compared to the $51.20 predicted in September.

The AUDUSD finds a good resistance at the 38.2% Fibo, around the 0.7242 level. If it continues rallying, then the 0.7300 could be its next resistance.

Possible top at 728, I've set all my long SLs at 7265 and taken a short (SL 729). Let's see how it goes.

SL is very aggressive though, I would prefer 7245 for longs, but I feel like taking profit if it doesn't immediately march upwards.

Good setup for an evening doji star (4h), we'll find out in several hours. Certainly a fight between the bulls and the bears at the moment. US unemployment data the likely catalyst in this case.
