Called today... they said we need to wait at least until february since the forms were only sent a month and a half ago... After forms are received it can take between 3 and 6 months.

the last time i spoke with a staff in fscs i was told that fscs will not pay any compensation this were his direct response Dear Mr Ugo All we are paying is the money you had in the account. You should contact the JSA if you feel you are due any other money.

By compensated I mean the money you had in your account... that's all they are going to pay, the money you had in your account.
I only was paid in full amount october and kpmg told me june over the phone. I didnt do anything for all the days but watch movie downloads.
This is because I had 2 accounts but only £70 in my first and nobody knows this for 4 months? They keep saying it shows processed and for a tranche payment very soon. SO THis is in september I called fscs.org legal dept MR. GEORGE and he says kpmg is making delays for everyone on purpose because it makes them more money?
