Interesting, so what does that means? Is US calling defeat? On other hand Arab league is not part of the chapter, which means that they could now lead the proxy war further, especially if you consider that Saudis just yesterday cleared the land for invasion on Iraq in number of 10k troops. So this is either a mask to pull the ISIS and Blackwater from Syria and let Arab army+FSA to do the future work, or the US is actually pulling away from all sides which i hardly believe. In either case we will know in 1 month what is the case.

Oh ye and the oil export ban has been liften by US. Said it before...there will be no recovery for oil price for years to come. Esentially what has this move make is that US oil companies will lick their wounds by over saturating supply abroad so that they can cover their loses from low prices, meanwhile the rest of economies will suffer even additionally due to this additional supply and most of them are already supplying at max anyways. Russian minister already confirmed they are sure there will be no recovery of price of oil for likely a decade. They know the gameplay.

But keep in mind:

A) it is not unusual for Oil to stage sharp rallies of 10% or more

B) looking at sentiment, the stage may be already set for a rather sharp incline

C) Governments/Central banks are only part of the heard. Usually they are running on the places far in the rear of the heard. That to say: they are extremely late trend-followers. So be careful when politicians etc. say something

Heh agree with all your points and at same time agree with my above view aswell. Confusing and conflicting Or maybe its just matter of a fact that is fact until it is not anymore and supply structure changes thus your points become priority.

This week I had to draw a decision:

to buy a fairly large amount of heating oil, or not

I bought it at Wednesday - so far good decision, because in Euro I got nearly the lowest price


But I thought: really a good decision with all the oversupply, and supply "exceeding" slowly the storage capacity?

We will see in next days

Well to answer that question its important not to simplify it too much. Sure storages and inventories are full, there are armies of tankers at choking points of ports. But the important info is how much can worlds inventories still receive? Would require rather large "investigation" to get that info. Also add to that in equasion that the lower the price drops the more demand increases and people simply drive more, companies burn more etc which drains inventories.
