The point is that these "market profile" levels are just like any other levels - Fibo, S/R or anything else. There are tons of them and they all work sometimes.

The simplest thing about S and R is they are imaginary that could be real in the future. They tell us we should anticipate them if they become real. It's like a map where we draw our strategy.

Without these numbers, we don't have a map just a chart. A map tells us direction. A chart is just a mystery to be solved.

I use the numbers to check against mine. So far, they are excellent.

If the numbers differ from mine, I need to see why. Sometimes, I just ignore them. Or sideline if there is confusion. But this is rare almost to none.

For some, these numbers seem something pulled from the air. Fine. Just tell us what they know.

It's based on points of interest around that number area. You are still showing your ignorance. Like I said, I dont use it, but it is nice I see what he comes up with, an if it lines up with my stuff.

I do not know what you are expecting here. There is no system or method that is always right in trading. It is normal to think that a level might come after one has been taken out, yet the market knows better most of the time. But without any idea of levels, how can one trade? You are invited to post your view BEFORE the facts here in future.

Why don't you just start your own thread and post your wonderful own analyses there instead of ruining this one? If you don't agree, with what someone is posting here, no need to discredit them just to make yourself look good.

imho, if you don't like the thread and about market profile then why post in it ? seems to me you are trying to get the ire of some people with your posts.... trolling anyone ?

BIAS: While 1.4960-65 caps we should see losses down to 1.4894 and 1.4855-78 for a correction back higher



Resistance:1.4960-651.49741.4990-951.5015
Support:1.49201.48941.4855-781.4820-30



MAIN ANALYSIS: Losses were more aggressive than expected and we should see follow-through today. This should see the 1.4960-65 area cap for losses back to the 1.4894 low (area) followed by a correction and then a second drop to (probably) 1.4855-78. Watch for bullish reversal indications from 1.4894 and lower for a correction. How deep the correction will be is uncertain and could be quite erratic considering we may be going into the NFP announcement...

COUNTER ANALYSIS: Still - only directly back above 1.5124-35 would extend gains to 1.5155 and note the 1.5189 and 1.5225-35 areas - stronger at 1.5260-65.

MEDIUM TERM ANALYSIS:
24th November: Losses are developing well and there's plenty to go. Once the 1.5085 area breaks the decline should continue lower in stages...

Only back above 1.5225-50 would see a deeper correction before the losses resume.

GBP/JPY breaks major trend line support 184.40, targets 182.80
Major support -184.40 (trend line joining 180.66 and 184.25) The pair has broken major support 184.40 and closed below that level yesterday. It is currently trading around 184.06. Short term trend is weak as long as resistance 185.25 holds. Any break above 185.25 will take the pair to next level 185.60/186. On the downside support is around 183.80 and break below targets 182.75/181.80 It is good to sell on rallies around 184.20-30 with SL 185.30 for the TP of 183/181.85

the any break above .25 part....?? I mean how in tarnation .....wave count..?
