You are trading 28 Pairs, why you compare best trading time for 28 pairs(dashboard) with EURUSD ? Make a basket with 28 pairs, and look how all pairs are moving.

Hours with the most volume in market LO-1 to LO+1 , NY Open to NY +3. Also LO+1 to LO+3 can be take but with less volume then first part of LO.

of course volume picks up. volume is good indicator to, not lagging. nobody ever tried to include volume into a dash !!
could we read pure volume per currency??? it could be coded similar as we have now for price i think, just read volume too.

To measure raw volume it's impossible. You can just count ticks, but never know the open position or open orders. Level 2 brokers offer this kind of information but individual for each broker. The raw volume it's unknown by all market players , and there is no total worldwide market volume.

From my point of view this information can be used just to know when there are liquidity in the market, but in a dashboard is a indicator with lag, that doesn't count to much.
