Mid term. But time is relative as one grey-haired man discovered many years back (Mr E. MC2). So in many respects, it doesn't matter. :-)

Your methodology (once time is removed) is really the same as any decent trader.... the patterbs are still breakouts and entries at higher probability positions.
The fact that it runs on seconds is no different to that of a monthly or a 4H or 15M setup. So great job!!

DAX is a funny beast, so when it retraces, it really beats the hell out of the retrace. So it's hit a nice round number and I have no idea each way of what it will do now.
But if retraces to 300 that will be perfect. if it hovers in this 340 to 400 space, I will probably be conservative and get in on break confirmation.
A pip is only worth it if you know how much you risked to earn it

chased price a few times and lost, saved by the end of the session..

quite dissapointed with myself, after 13:00 only place to buy according to my rules 1.0572-74 area. I lost on Friday, due to chasing price, an old habit i thought i got rid of. it was in a range also.

waited for the break of 1.0573 blue line, jumped in, late for the last rebound levels were respected all day, no excuses.

EURUSD is pretty lazy nowadays, not so good as it would be fine. DAX is much better with real breakouts.

How much screen time did you put into the DAX to reach the ability you're at now?

I put 2500-3000 hours into EURUSD tick and 5min, probably as I'm a bit slow, I know it takes others far less time.

Really hard question, honestly I don't know. I started forex about 7-8 years ago, but not so seriously. The last 2 years was single-minded.
I've got about 3-4 months experience on DAX. I have to say, DAX is the easiest instrument I've ever traded. Many clear motions, true break outs, fine rebounds, everything what I need for.

Look how clear DAX is now! Compare with EURUSD! Fine moving vs. choppy, 32 pips (or something) vs. 9 pips at the same period.

DAX trade, classic method, but TP was preset. Beautiful, clear, 12 sec Heiken Ashi chart (as almost always).
If one may expect that price will catapult through a level, it is good idea to use a pending order (as buy-stop in my example).

Yes, weak day so far. DAX's ADR is only 53% today. Fortunately, this is not typical.

Good day so far, +340 pips .. only on DAX.
