This from Friday.
GJ: Gartley, with a structure and some confluence from M5. Which is a part of bigger Bat, Target one 1/3 closed SL to BE. Target 2 set by the completion of Bat.
UJ: Did n't reach rules for Bat, but there was a valid ABCD, with a confluence and structure. Buy at double bottom. Targets set at 38% and 61% of ABCD.

About that BAt from GJ, I ve got lucky )))) I placed my buy limit above that inside bar which formed at Bat complition point, and didn't get filled ))) Some times it is good to have some luck

Can I ask, do you follow all the rules from Mr.Pip ?? I ask, coz its really conservative. If you do, what is the result in stats ?? Do you have 70-80% win rate ??

first, your analysis is quite good. I don't know if you have traded harmonics before or u just started after reading this thread but your knowledge is solid. and u had some great trades. Of course no one can win all of them.

Now, to answer your question, as you know, to be profitable here you need a good win rate. But more importantly, you need a good R/R so that when you win, you win more than when you lose. All this strategy after all is all about that. Mr.Pip is not a professional trader because he found out the best ratios of gartlies, bats etc etc. It's because he wins more than he loses. Period. What ever you do, if in long term you're profitable, than win rate doesn't mean anything. But since you're asking I don't have my own statistics. Mr.Pip's was mentioning however that the win rate is somewhere at 70%.

But then again, it all depends on you. I've been right several times, and just because i misplaced my stop loss (1-2 pips difference), my trades came at loss and the market moved (and a nice move) in my direction (predicted by harmonics and ratios of course) afterwards.

also, smth you should know, is that I trade Mr.Pip's style, Not Mr.Pips patterns. Had I traded only his patterns I wouldn't have entered here (see image below)

But I focus at strength and weakness, and structure. As I said in my previous chart, there was a plce to look for short at 1.0600. How did I know that? Well, look at the chart. Where is the highest probability that the price will retrace too? in structure. Look at strength and weakness of price approaching that level, or zone and decide what to do. Through a fib for confluence sake and RN to make up you mind, and go for it. Price can go making HH and then LL, and then HH again and LL again. It has to go, either up or down. don't make it more complicated than what it is. Just my humble opinion.

Thx for reply ! I am new to this thread. I learned harmonics from Jason and Akil, mostly from Akil. But Mr.Pip style is pretty much the same as their, but he has more conservative rules of engagement. Looking through Mr. Pip posts I have a feeling that he has some connections to Jason )))

then you really need to continue reading this thread as there 's so much more than just harmonics. don't want to say more to you. Just keep on reading and watching Mr.Pip's videos and it will "click" to you. You'll have that A'HA moment (if you haven't already had that ).

I watched video and went through most part of this thread, it is like 80% of Jason, Akil talks about all this stuff 3 hours every day in a chat. Any way, it doesn't matter.
The only different is what you do. You place limit orders based on structure and confluence ? No confirmation ?

There was sell at 1,06 based on structure, but no harmonics

Just thought I'd share what I see to try to help. I think you have the right idea but your patterns need to be better chosen.
On the first chart for your main swing (X,A) looks a little wrong. The pullback midswing looks too deep and thus only the last bull movement could be called the main swing. In this case then there is no pattern.

i don't place limit orders. I saw that the market wasn't going any higher. So, yes, I did entered judging on structure and confluence. and with order flow, don't forget that. My mistake is that I didn't calculate the NSL and little harmonics sa that I should have placed my TP exactly at 1.0565 and come with 25 pips profit. I had the idea that since the market is making new lows, it might just make it straight to my calculated TP which corresponds with greater harmonics.

amazing job!

btw, I've started watching Akil's videos also (only one so far), but he doesn't seem to focus on strength and weakness though. but i need to watch him more to comment on what he does. again, i'm pretty confident that Mr.Pips style is the answer, although, as we all know, there are many ways to skin a cat.
