wow, use another broker on demo if not possible and get some sleep. I prefer the first option but it's problematic in your case mate

I am using IC markets with ctrader... No complaints...but this alarm service sounds wonderful, maybe just another 24 hours not sleep will also work

There are two currencies feeding AU one of them is the AUD and the same can be said for EA. It's called correlation. Atm EA moves the AUD quite significantly so hence can be mirrored within the AU.

Normally what kind of effect are seen after Private Capital Expenditure q/q news?
How many pips are move?
It would be positive or negative. Any idea?

Here we go, last leg (v) of the whole zigzag from 10th November low moving towards (c) = 1.6182 of (a) or more.

looking for longs above 0.7275 based on daily charts.

bullish bias maintained so long as 0.7170-0.7200 support holds.

what are your views, are you bullish, bearish, etc?

more comfortable in the bull camp for this month, hope to get some better entries next month around 0.7100 - 0.7130

It's not about a free lunch. I come here to watch and see what people are expecting and what does or doesn't come to fruition and why. Like any trade or profession, without more experienced people to guide you it will take 10 times as long to learn. Fortunately for me there are experienced traders here who are more than happy to offer opinions based on their experience and although I don't trade based on those, nor should I or anyone, I watch and hopefully will develop a better sense of entry and exit points and develop the best strategy for me and maybe one day help someone the way I get help from this forum.

My comments yesterday were directed at the guy posting irrelevant crap about his opinion of Australia and stupid youtube clips.

But yes, maybe I should lighten up a little.

It's not just the headline figure that needs to be scrutinised but also the split between different industry sectors.
Strong emphasis will also be on the 4th estimate for 2015/16 investment. The 3rd estimate was A$115b, with a slight increase expected for the 4th.
Unlikely, even if the released data is way out of expectation that you'd see an initial knee-jerk reaction of more than 15 - 20 pips.
From memory, if the numbers aren't too far out a move or around 2 - 8 pips is the most likely scenario.

Hi all,

Happy Thanksgiving to those whom celebrates it. Even if you don't, it's good to give thanks to people whom you love and loves you back.

I hope this forum can be kept alive by having healthy discussion with no offensive remarks being made here. We have enough wars, battles going on around the world, i'm sure the very least we can do is keep this online forum a peacekeeping ground and not a new war-zone to begin with.

Current strong support at .7220. Why i say strong? Because it is previously a strong area of support and on the hourly chart, 100SMA supports it as well.

If it does not break below it, it will go up. The bulls are definitely not retiring yet. This might be a contrarian view and not popular with majority here. Just got to tell myself, i'm a trader. The prices nor the chart is my other half.
