{quote} Hi Aeseme, i am glad that my test will help you to solve issue. I have a question about RSI calculation in your dash, i have a problem to replicate same numbers with some other RSI indi (eg. MTF TDI Xaphod). So is it standard 2 period RSI with 2 diff. shift options, or second shift option is a number of candle from which RSI price MA calculate? Please can you confirm me logic behind calculation. Thanks Box

It is standard RSI and the comparison is made on 2 shifts (defaults to last/current=0, previous=1).

{quote} thank you very much for your kindly return dingdong99, i use no hardworking indicator for this strategy, i just check if there is low volatility from your parameters in the dashboard.no matter you buy all,or sell all, just the important point is low volatility.if there is low volatility, the asimetric calculating will work fast , and go into profit.asimetric calculating works like a perfect balancer.whatever happens the account will not blow.the balance of the 28 pairs is working perfectly.here the point is, for example you buy all from...

As this strategy caught my attention some time ago.. I resolved to give it a try today and at least this time it did pretty good, probably only luck though.

I added LongAll/ShortAll buttons to make this test (sort of basket of all currencies), left lot size to to 0.01, disabled any H|D|N filters and raised basket spread (to allow all pairs to be operated), set Basket TP to $ 28, no Basket SL, neither per pair TP/SL, watched for some time to the dashboard's components and resolved to go with LongAll.
Ok, now after 5 hours, this sort of basket of all pairs closed on profit, with draw dawn of $9. BTW, as I said already.. probably just luck.

Here's a picture stating all orders involved on this... some appear as MANUAL because I forgot to disable the spread filter, so the experimental LongAll skipped them and I had to manually add to this sort of basket

Hi DingDong,

It went in a big drawdown, I think before opening a all long or short trade, we must check daily/weekly bias of overall market and then open all trades in the same direction to be profitable.

Cheers

Hi Bernhard,

i follow your recent posts, especially your trading style with Pilotui strength indi. I would like to spend some time to think how to use this very useful data in a form of dash and finally if it will be possible on auto mode.

I have just a few questions if you can help me with it:

1. what do you think about idea to translate somehow this 'snakes' in numbers in dash form (eg. like MTF HeatMap form)?
2. since this variant of Gap in currency strength is decorrelated from cumulative difference of Fast and Slow MA is there any risk that value of '1point' of GAP is different between for example GBP and NZD, it just cross my mind, maybe you test it? Or everything at the end is connected with $ value and it's not important?

I also think that beside regular MT4 TF we need to have possibility to define different GAP 'hunting' period options eg. 3 x H4 or 9 x M5, and also out of box periods eg. 47 minutes if i think this period means something to my strategy.

Thank you in advance.

Regards
Box

I agree with you mostly, yeah.. It just sounded like I didn't really knew what I was doing at the time I pressed the LongAll button

Here it is the post that originally caught my attention on this strategy: # Post 5564
