And again. What a bucketshop! It happens very often. Having stops on anything held over weekend might end in huge loss. The best idea is to use their own weapon against them and remove stops but set decent profit targets and you might get lucky.

I have it too on my chart. I think it's unacceptable that this is happening with such regularity and they haven't figured out how to deal with it. Because as well as being stopped out, these false readings will remain in MT4s historical data. So you could end up doing technical analysis on erroneous information.

Initially when I started with ETX there was so much gobbledygook on charts of some instruments that I had to delete all the data and download it from Metatrader using the History Centre.

I Want to withdraw my sold from ETX to my netteler account. They told me they would take 5% as a transfer fees. Is that normal? I hope to reply me as soon as possible, because I have to reply them.

All, please switch to ETX capital trader pro platform and you won't see any of theses issues. The only thing is their trader pro platform is for traders who really know what they are doing and not those who depend on all the extra free indicators that you can get on the MT4 platform. This is a candid advise!!

Thank you for your candid advice and apologies for coming across as a bit cynical, but what you have just said sounds like a ploy to get people to use their proprietary platform which comes across as a bit unscrupulous. Something I'm sure a professional and ethical broker would not subscribe to.

It does beg the question then why when most other brokers can provide clean charts yet ETX Capital can't get their act together.

By the way MT4 is one of the best platforms out there, especially if you like programming. It's beauty is in its simplicity.

Also, it is a bit presumptuous to assume that people who use MT4 don't know what they're doing. You also seem to suggest that using or depending on free indicators is somehow a problem. If anything, it's a bonus.

not sure why you want to go to etx, they just hopeless customer service and i too seen above im sticking with other established brokers.

September 14 and 21 GBP/AUD - giNORMOUS stop grabs (+1000 pips) that do not appear on any other broker's platforms. I just got access to the live trading server and this is a HUGE red flag.

I'll be withdrawing my deposit as soon as I can.

I am having major service issues with ETX. I requested for funds transfer to ETX when Alpari shut shop. But since my MT4 got active on ETX, I have been unable to get the customer service to reply on any emails I send them especially on withdrawal information. It has been 3 months and many reminders but not a single reply from them. I wrote to them on Friday that as mentioned in their website, I am going to write to the Financial Ombudsman attaching all my 32 odd emails as a complaint against their non existent service but so far no reply on that too.

I will wait until Wednesday otherwise withdrawing all my funds asap.

This kind of thing is getting frequent, i get like gaps of 10-20 minutes where i cant connect to the server and when i get connection the gaps in data are not covered.

Mind you i have 2 positions, longs.

ETXCapital (FCA:124721)

This broker SCAM! Steals profit clients. This happened repeatedly in different people. Interprets the word contract, at will. No logical explanation.
Removes profit, per trading year, despite the confirmation of trade on a daily basis.
At this time, the process starts over them in FCA and the Financial Ombudsman Service.

I am one of those who had chosen to switch my account from Alpari UK to ETX. Are there members here who have done the same? For some reason, ETX now suspended my account without advance warning while I have open trades, and demand that I supply some documents to prove my identity. Well, firstly I thought they have our account transferred from Alpari and that all our id documents were transferred to them. Secondly, if ETX wants to do that, why not doing it during the transfer period, not almost a year after the transfer, and not suspending my account and open trades without sufficient advanced warnings to let me close my trades first. As it is I am at their mercy totally helpless. My account is still suspended after I supplied the documents again. I want to have control on my account asap. That is so unprofessional for them to do this to me. I wish to close my account after this but I don't know if they will give me a hard time doing that. What should I do now. Hire a lawyer?
