Hi,
Please share your experience with this firm. I read a few reviews elsewhere and they weren't positive. So I am not too sure of parking money with the firm.
Experience on deposit/withdrawal, roll-over fee, spread, slippage, ghost trades (read reviews from forexpeacearmy) ...

I was with them two years, never had spreads suddenly widen, never stop hunted.

Got filled ok most times, slippage around news events at times, their tick rate isn't the best but if you aren't a news trader it's more than fine.

When you are withdrawing funds your account manager will call you and discuss why. Some people like this, they consider it good service, I'm not one of those people, just do as I say. Withdrawals take a week because they are processed on a Friday I believe.

No idea what ghost trades are, never had one in my two years.

Spread is decent, but rollover is always negative if you go with a spread betting account. However if you are a longer term trader you can trade the futures contracts where the spread is higher but there is no rollover.

Range of products also very good.

I haven't tried their forex account, so can't comment on whether there is positive swap.

Overall I liked them, but as a longer term trader there were cheaper alternatives for me.

I don't know about forexpeacearmy reviews, so many people there claiming "scam" even on brokers I know to be reputable.
after alpari closed down, my fund stuck on fscs, so i have choose the easy way to settle it, and i have select etx capital, i haven start trade on etx, but i have try send email to their support, but they only reply me by phone.
the services at ETX Capital is very slow
I propose the withdrawal two days ago but until now still not processed

is there anyone can explain here

i haven try to withdraw, but so far i have made few trade on etx, no problem at all, but i didnt receive any daily comfirmation by email.

Got the confirmation saying that withdrawal being processed on Tuesday morning, but nothing happened until now. The fund can still be seen in MT4.

Yeah a scam that is one of the biggest spread betting companies in the UK and regulated by FCA. Perhaps it takes more than 2 days to receive your funds via international transfer like it does with most others.

Did you think of contacting their support instead of crying scam!
hi, does anyone else have experience with them. Just looking at their charts they seem to have a lot of spikes in prices- sometimes a couple of hundred pips. I realise that these are obviously just bad quotes, but they could really mess with your trading. Just want to know if it's an ongoing problem or just hitch on their feeds

They have mixed the currency base between Euro and USD of my account on the MT4 platform, and in order to solve the problem, they just simply withdrawn the money from my account without any prior notification. Is this a violation from the rules by FSC? Can brokers withdrawn clients money without any authorization?Before today, i was still considering to put more deposit to my account. I guess that is no going to be possible.
finally the give me the answer thru the phone, he said they dont provide daily comfirmation, only giving the monthly confirmation.

Withdrawal is good, the banks lagg a few days but the broker cant do anything about that. Spread for what im interested in is very nice. Execution is good. So far i am pleased. They are better then Alpari so i was happy they took over after the Alpari debacle.

Only snag so far is that the demo account i use sometimes seem to lack some data for the pair im trading, but thats OK since i have all the data in my real account.

Lost the chance of 100 pips. I couldnt put in my trade and miss the chance. Can they pay me for it? Forex, timing is money.

There is a chance they are burdened by the many thousands of new clients. Bit too soon to judge.

All I can say is that when I was with them they were fair to me.
