the 123 off the 123 at low of market at that time 44.41 long it went up to 44.50 then came the 15 second trade off the hat to short at 44.36

I have been trading off the 13r chart only and yes the win. I also have been waiting for price to break the 2 point and enter 4 ticks back from original entry with a stop of 9 target 15. the only setup I take out of the box is the hat. will you miss some trades yes but I am only looking for 1 win a day. so if you start with 2 contracts you are only upping your risk 30 dollars but the reward gets doubled. so a loss followed by a win makes you profitable. the reason for this is we all see that the price starts to rotate around the entry so why not get in at a better price and have target closer than before since I was tired of getting up 11 and then a breakeven those trades are now wins

very interesting Harold .. just to be clear entry for you today was 42.92, sl 43.01 and tp 42.77?

on the 123 at bottom of market entry was 88 normally my entry was 84 price broke and came back to 83 target 99. now the original entry was 88 so if price goes up 8 before it pulls back no trade. all the basic rules in effect when up 8 move stop to be no more +8 either win or be there was a 2b to get back in trend at 88 trigger was 92 that was a winner also

heres todays trades once prices breaks 2 point and doesn't go more than 8 ticks take entry 4 ticks back of breakout point

when doing your backtest link charts 13r and a 30 second chart and you will see where price breaks the 2 point and then rotates and pulls back so you can get in at a better price

I'm not one to go for conspiracy theories, but it looks like someone was given advance look at the inventory numbers and placed a bullish bet. But who knows? Whatever it was, it's done and we are on to whatever happens next.

I think that it always better to trade price action rather than have rules not to trade. I wouldn't recommend taking a position a few minutes before the inventory numbers, but the pre-release and post release trades have been nice, and not just today.
