Despite the ongoing bounce (now at 7230) imo also not yet time to long... it's the london fix now. High risk of it falling back to .72 overnight and in Asia tomorrow. I think @rags2richesfx may be right to suggest .71 as the ultimate support for pullback before the bulls charge again, if they eventually do.

yes .7100 would be the midpoint of the rally to .7380 so its a good target for bears

and good place to long if you want to hold it for weeks as we run up to 7600

if the next H4 candle closed above 0.7200, it is a strong sign that the price will respect 0.7200 and bullish from here on until the trend line above hold it down.

If not, I really foresee a bull up to 0.7500 to 0.7600 area.

Just my opinion to the market.

it seems like a few people here are predicting Aud may reach 75 or so... As a newbie to the currency trading situation, what's the evidence behind this? All I see is that it's dropped almost a cent recently after the increase and I'm wondering if it is going to continue sinking?

For those that believe it could reach 75 or so, how long do you think it could take to reach this level?

Or what are the predictions of anyone else?

Looks bullish

1. 2nd retest. a area which was hottest zone in past, earlier it was strong Bears zone now showing some bullish activity, Plenty of price action in same zone
2. whole number to add volume

Folks who think we will have a bull run now, how much pips do you think it will go up by? Maybe you all are hoping for a short term (intra-day bull run)?

The commodity prices including gold have fallen over night. The aussie dollar is positive co-related to commodity prices. Last time we had a rally to current levels was due to the rally in commodity prices. I personally see it going down today, unless there is some strong economic signal for it to spike upwards.

I don't have a position as of yet, but thinking of going short once I find an entry point.

Hey,

If you're trading the AUD/USD pair you may want to have the AUD/NZD pair up as well to get an idea if the AUD or NZD is dominant...

this one is hard to tell if it will go or not, lots of interesting mm buying from what I can tell, anyone else see that or is it just me... seems like we may see general usd weakness on certain pairs

lets see what will happen. previous red candle is telling it is down, usually price falls after such pattern but who knows. if i was long my SL would be below the previous candle.
