This is standard in the T/C's in any FX broker.

Then they have their fees on deposits and on withrdawals. Its their f#ckin game, but they promised us a chance to play? Even in an unfair game, just give us our goddamn chance!

And now seriously, before I go too crazy.. - anyone here on these forums, trading live with good ammounts on a retail broker, who does not break conncetion to servers intentionally? Is there such an animal - i dont care about execution, if he wants he can match my orders on the fish market, whatever. I just want a broker who always allows me to access the platform... and of course proessing withdrawals without having to pay the mafia to get my debts ???? ANy help? I just cant go to upper ammounts with such bullshitters, it is so risky just unbelievable and undeserved

DOWN AGAIN! WHAT A POS! JUST SO happens to be the most volatile time of day! WOW This is no accident my friends! I am making money but still, this is completely unacceptable and I will be moving after they are back online.

Hi,

I would like to warn you. Do not open account with this broker. They have servers down very often.
Support just sucks, they blame ISP but they do not even know who is their ISP.
This broker does not know why servers are down, it does not know when it will be fixed.
They are not able to answer even the simplest questions about problem.
They do not care about customers and are not willing to help.

DO NOT OPEN account with them.

I wanted an additional broker, so hooked up again, wow what a mistake! Think they forgot to pay the data bill. They say it might be fixed this week or next!! Can you believe it!

Oh, they say they will cover your losses. I have the transcript just in case.

This is useful for those who lost money due to the servers being down.

What about those who lost the opportunities to trade during those times?

That's not the point, this problem has been ongoing, any professional operation would have nipped this in the bud after the first occurrence. Lucky it was only London open and not another SNB.

In fact, for all this must be responsible broker, IT Department. But often in the public offer stipulates that the broker is not responsible for the trader's profit, which he didn't get. So advice is to open accounts with a few brokers that in case of falling server from one broker you could make hedge orders from others.

Ahhh! Reminds me of the 'old' days when I read posts like this. RETAIL FOREX (thats almost everyone on this website) is rigged. Even if you are lucky enough to win you still have to get the profit from your 'broker'. This when you realize you have just been scammed(out of your profit). Your broker can say ANYTHING to steal your profit (and principle). The Poster above is correct. DO NOT TRUST ANY BROKER WITH LARGE DEPOSIT!!!! All brokers are thieves to some degree.

well its not the old days anymore, but the problems persist. what do you propose as a solution, when I dont have large enough capital to go up and still want to trade? you are aboslutely right, but I cannot diversify among 20 retail brokers , first because it gets way overcomplicated and i will spend my whole day managing accounts instead of actually trading, and second - i dont know if there are so much retail brokers that can be trusted with any money now seriously? how does one go through a transitory phase. Its way too depressing to accept that I wont be ever getting out of that swamp.

I would disagree. Great broker cant let traders helpless for more than 10 days with open trades without control during economic releases.

All of the broker promoters can come and bullshit us even more, that wont change anything. In this business, downtime is 0% acceptable, not 3 times, not once, zero. Letters and words don't get back the additional risk imposed on the money of thousands of people and missed opportunities. Even if they pay the traders,which they would never do, it still does not turn back because you cannot reverse-engineer a complex proccess as the forex market. I am not trading some stupid robot, I am trading with my own head, I may have wanted to make a decision which I couldnt execute because I didnt have any connection. They didnt even have support going on during one of the terminal crashes! And we put real cash with thos guys omg ! The only thing that is acceptable to prevent me from connecting to their terminal is a failure of my own internet connection. We are way into the 21st century and there are ways to have 100% uptime. Companies with much cheaper and unrisky services are providing 100% service without exception, while a currency trading broker that has literally tens of millions under its cap can't get an adequate chat support and can't manage their own internet service? Seriously WTF ?! That is ridiculous and no person with a brain believes it. It is just an excuse to mess with traders. Next month around some major opportunities it could be the same, so they are going to post another excuse via the mt4 mailbox? And some people dream for six and seven figure accounts with such intermediaries. I wish good luck to such ! But I am not buying this anymore.
