I only put off individual alerts, so that the EA will only give alert, and this will not confuss new comers of this thread.

A few weeks backs, my MT4 was hanging (not same brokers as you). I contacted the broker and they asked me uninstall MT4 completely and reinstall it. It solved the problem. I would suggest you give it a try.

The template are inside the zip file.
Just download it, the template, the scripts, the indicators, and the EA are all inside.
Feel free to search yourself for file ending with "tpl".
