I'll be using this journal to post my latest ideas which are going to be dealing with Order Flow.

I started looking more closely at this after reading gspajon's thread http://www.forexfactory.com/showthread.php?t=553445 on Order Flow.

This is how I'm seeing GBP/CAD.

Technical Analysis shows what's happening to the Market on the Chart Order Flow takes you into the Market and what's causing the Market to do what it does.

vs trend?
short USD?

you wrote it yourself E/U lowest for 12 years (will go lower with rate hike, I don't know how you manage your money but %3 USD appreciation will surely blow your whole account)

good luck

Is vs very strong?

I'm Long on AUD/USD so yes I'm Short on USD.

If the Eur/USD goes lower then I won't be going Long.

Update on this Trade.

The Market is approaching a Level where I expect Sell Orders to be waiting.

I'm not going to move my Stop Loss until I see the extent of the Sell Volume at this Level.

Hi Steve

Liking very much your views and charts

Isit the MFI money flow index where you get your bias from or if not would this help things,
Also how do you know where your expecting sell / buy orders at....resistance / support levels?

Either way enjoying and learning from you thoughts

Hi Armin2Forex;

No, I don't use the MFI to get my Market Bias I'm using Balance verses Imbalance.

The best way to show what I'm looking for is with a chart, check out the GBP/AUD chart below, and see if it helps I'll post further charts going forward.

Glad you are finding some benefit from what I'm showing.

In a Zero Sum Market, like Forex, for every Buyer there has to be an equal Seller.

So in any strong Trend who ever is on the other side of the Order Flow is providing Market Liquidity as they exit the Market.

The Market is an Order Processing Machine if there's more Selling Volume then Buying Volume the Market will drop looking for the next Level of Buy Orders to consume.

It's only when the Market encounters a greater Volume of Buy Orders that the Market stops falling and becomes Balanced - Selling Volume = Buying Volume it's when the Sellers decide it times to Liquidate (Buy) that the Market becomes Imbalance in favour of the Bulls once more.

Of course it's visa versa for a Bullish trend.

Hi Armin2Forex;

Because I Trade the Daily TF I don't usually worry too much about Red news it's good for Market Volatility.

I have adapted my Fib to show my Entry - Stop Loss and various TP Levels.

I hope you find them useful.
