Morning Pippo,
Another cool clear morning.....Temp at 58 and very quiet outside.....Should be a high of 80 today........Sure is nice not to have it raining....
GA moving along nicely and in profit..........

Morning Whip, Trades are going in reverse... Nothing else looks tradable... Thursday anyway... We are a very nice 59 deg, and dry.

Morning Pippo,
Should be another nice day here....Temp of 59 and going back up to 80 sunny degrees...Trades gave back a little last night...We'll see what the rest of the week brings....

Did you get an explanation as to why a change was made?

The only explanation I got was they are trying to reduce mortality late in the grow out....The legs on the Cobbs were breaking down after about 6 weeks of growth....And at that point you have a lot of money in each bird after eating all that feed for 6 weeks.....

I see. I guess couldn't just slow down Cobb's growth rate... Or take them b4 leg probs develop...

The Cobbs are not at the required weight when the leg problems start so slowing down growth rate won't solve the problem or so my people seem to think.....

Have run into a lot of that myself....."Hot House" stuff is getting pretty bad..........At this time of the year my biggest gripe is to set the clocks back earlier to get me more daylight in the morning......Much easier to work in the light!!!!
