This morning Aussie inflation data, job ads, and services index. All data is fine - not magnificent, but definitely solid. AUD going up to resistance of last week at 707-708. Can it break it? I think so.

Typically in a trend, the next candle will countertrend to start.
Then it will finish the candle continuing trend.
So if we expect Aussie downtrend to continue,
First it should go higher (start of month)
If it gets above .7280 (September's high) then it could go for .7500
Not sure if it will this month, but it will eventually.
But confident it will at least make a run at those highs.

.7190 target with pyramid = 3.5 lots should have closed all positions at .7080 and re entered at .7086, but I was away from market at the time. always best to reduce risk near the edges in case it doesn't go to plan, then re-enter on breakouts. "the waiting, is the hardest part" "trading is like fishing, the big one almost always gets away" I am fairly confident this weekly bottom will hold and it will breakout. now comes the being patient through all the chop chop chop... Seems like i am never a popular commentator because i am always against the crowded trade. lol.. when everyone turns bullish, i'm bearish. Well, that's trading. Always fluid, ever changing. Nonetheless whichever direction you are trading with, all the best !
Seems like the bigger pips are coming from long right now (much room to soar above 7085),
but short is still okay during moments of "temporary overvaluation"

You seem to know what you are doing as I trade similar to you.....sometimes im short as well....I did scalp short a while back now back to long
I could close my longs now but im already locked in profit 30+ pips so yeh if it hits it whatever but if it continues going up.......all good.....
