I've now closed the last of my shorts at my 7052 target. Might look at a small long if we get down to 70c, otherwise will wait for my preferred entry of short from somewhere above 71c.

Woaaa. Ok now I'm really weary. Still can't make much out of the technicals to decide if the trend's almost done for the s-t. But seeing the aud bleed out so much in a few days...looks dodgy even for going short further. Also dodgy for going long haha.

Just to help those traders whom are clueless about what to do next... here is my hourly chart. PA broke below it, it was a clean break.

Next support will be at round numbers.

Sidenote: Can't wait to get myself a new Benz to reward myself. Probably a SLK or sth.

Nice one mate! Yep my primary trading account goes to cars too lol.

Tempted to scalp the retrace back to the 23.6 fib for 20 pips.
Looks like it's falling back down again though.

For bulls, we are now approaching reload levels in the aussie, for a run at 0.755x next quarter. Much larger pending orders below with rock solid support at 0.685x if 0.699x gives way.

Gold is also cheap in the 1120.xx zone at the moment, for the next leg to 1170/1200

Fundamentally anyone can see that China is in alot of trouble right now and they are going to drag AUD down with them.

I have made all my profitable trades on shorting AUD and NZD lately (as others say.. ride the trend)

Other fundamentals worth noting... I know lots of people in the AUS mines right now who have lost their jobs in the last month or 2. House prices are slowing in both AU and NZ. I can tell you this because I live here.

Shorting AUD and NZD will be my strategy over the next few months. I don't expect this trend to reverse, in fact I expect we are going to see another huge drop in the markets very soon. The RBA of NZ have already mentioned further interest rates are coming and I'm sure a US fed hike will be on the cards in the next 6 months. Seems like a no brainer.

When Chinas economy is not doing well this is not good from the Aussie Dollar’s perspective, this carries direct implications for diminished export demand. China is Australia’s largest trade partner, and its manufacturing sector fueled much of the demand for Australia’s raw materials – shipments that fueled economic health through the Great Financial Crisis (GFC).
