but what exactly do you mean by complexity and dynamism and the always evolving market if traders to this day still trade successfully with the basic approach of trading with the trend and with S/R? not only that, but you can still see patterns like triangles, wedges repeating itself since as far as i can remember
dont you think if you use PA, trend and S/R you can still trade successfully regardless of the time in history we're on?

The markets are now more crowded and the technology is playing a major role. This is a significant difference and requires at least some fine tuning of the trading strategies. You can find patterns such as triangles and flags, but you can not trade them the same way as 10 years ago. Back then I was buying or selling the first break but now it is not a good idea. Support and resistance levels are always good points for entry but I had to change the filters and now I use mostly binary options.
