Ok, I am disappointed. That entry on EURNZD was useless. Trading retraces without plan on bigger time frames are useless, And then blaming thread.

Well. It is kinda hmm "bad" (no idea how to describe even) to enter in market like that. If even he got really good reasons behind that entry (which i don't see), it OK to haves losses, but the way how he managed his loss (blaming thread) is amateurishly.

anyway, I am out.

Purely for the sake of clarity for the less experienced, when brokers introduced prices showing 5 and 3 places of decimals the final digit is showing tenths of one pip and is referred to as a point, not a pip. A price quoted as 1.23456 is 12345.6 pips. The difference between 1.23456 and 1.23433 is 2.3 pips or 23 points. These prices come from your broker and are not MT4 specific.
