WRB/MC strategy:Coder needed to semi-automate my strategy

Hi,
I have a strategy that works very well.
Hopefully someone is willing to code this into a semi-automated strategy .
conditions:
1. Master Candle (or WRB or Mother Candle or whatever you may call it;it should have a candle length bigger than X pips) first
2. 2 Inside Bars (=default, x bars customerized would be perfect ) after condition 1. 3. Search in every TF and give an ALARM whenever condition 1 + 2 are met . Hopefully someone of the fabulous programmers here could help.
After this Indicator is ready I am willing to share the whole concept and we could go 1 step further with the Indicator to finish this concept.

okay ,here is a clearer deinfinition for the setup of the strategy:
1. Master Candle (or WRB or Mother Candle or whatever you may call it)
WRB: bigger than the 2 previous bars before and should engulf these 2 bars
2. 2 Inside Bars (=default, x bars customerized would be perfect ) after condition 1.
3. Search in every TF and give an ALARM whenever condition 1 + 2 are met .

If someone is willing to code this I will share my strategy .

This EA will check, at the top of each hour, if there is a mother bar.
The symbols to check is listed in the "Symbols" parameter, which you can change to include all the major combinations (28 of them).
I hard-coded PERIOD_H1 so that it only checks for engulfing candles every hour, and it only checks the H1 charts for those candles.
Hopefully this will get you started. It is written as an EA so you can directly place orders (or cancel orders).

Could you convert this EA into an Indicator and for mq4?
Also from my observations the best Timeframe to detect MotherCandles and the following 2 Inside Bars is the Daily Timeframe.
If we can implement this way I will share the next steps.

Don't know if this is codeable but anyway here is last step :
1. Whenever a WRB(MC) and 2 IB (InsideBards) appears than
2. Indicator should switch automatically (after CLOSE of the 2.IB-Candle) to the next lower TF (example: Trading in TF 1440 plus conditions met than automatically switch to TF 240) than
3. Draw 2 Triangles or 4 TL's in this lower TF:
a)1.Triangle:1.TL: From the HH of the WRB to the HH of the 2 IB (both) ; 2.TL: From the LL of the WRB to the LL of the 2 IB (both)
b)2.Triangle:1.TL: From the HH of the 1. IB to the HH of the 2. IB ; 2.TL: From the LL of the 1. IB to the LL of the 2. IB
After we have completed these issues than I will share my rules/observations around this.
