Our garden did pretty well until I had to stop watering it and diverted all water to the chicken houses.......Then the heat kills it.....In the summer the chickens drink a tremendous amount of water and they require both wells........

Morning Pippo,
After two days of heavy rain we should see the sun this morning....Temp in the mid 60's....Got the last bunch of birds to market and have started getting ready for the next bunch.....
Managed to get up in time to shut everything down at noon on Fri....All but one pair had hit the SL so we start with a clean slate this week....

Morning Whip, Yes, stopped out on a couple of trades... Only GJ remained standing b4 WE... I have just sold GU, and EJ, the latter looked sufficiently weak to sell this morning.

We had very warm weather over W/E, 90s... More of the same today, temp has been at 77 deg since early morning... Humid...

We are about to get some more warm weather......The rain should stop until the end of the week hopefully as I have two houses to clean out.....An awful job if you try to do it in the rain.............

Yes, I'm sure the rain makes that work harder... Well here, I would certainly welcome a rain storm, or two. The one we had last week cooled things down for a few days.

I expected that tropical storm to head on up this way but it looks as if it has fallen apart south of Fla........That may be a good thing for me though as it will give me more work days if it doesn't show up........

Yes, looks like that storm has fizzled out. Tomorrow kicks off the beginning of the hawk migration season... Looking forward to it. Want to see if numbers will be down from last year. This severe winter cost many raptors their lives... Sightings in Swamp this Summer were way down from last yr...

That will be to bad if you've lost a bunch of hawks due to weather...........We still have the usual bunch here but the big female who dominated the area for so many years has been gone for over a year now........I think old age probably caught up with her...........She was a real beauty.........

Another great day underway here today, temp is 66 with no rain in sight and work on the chicken house floors continues.....
The trades are in profit and marching along well.....
