Hi HP,

As I anticipated, the GMT+1 issue seems to be really affecting my Session settings.

By now in the screenshot, the Dashboard should have stopped trading but it is still Active.

For me it's looking not so bad aswell. Started from LO +1:15 and let it run exactly 3 hours. Best result would have been if I closed it at 2h50min. Then the last basket wouldn't have been a loss and I would have made about 9$ more.

pipdripper, if i'm not mistaken and you are at GMT+1 you should enter session values of local time - 1 to get right GMT values.

For example: i am at GMT+1, +1 for summertime, so makes GMT+2.
LO at my local time = 09.00 , to make this GMT time i have to subtract 2 and enter session start @ 07.00

Hope it's clear now.

I am not a programmer but this indicator checks out local time, system time, time zone, summer time.
If HP makes our live easy he will include it
so we could just use our local time for session settings and forget to break our heads

JamesT.set went sideways 4 me @ London session
but doubled the number of trades... LO yesterday=14 Today was 30
My simultaneous trade limit per pair remains at 3max...
I see others have increased their max/gained more
After seeing what happened yesterday in the 'last 2-3min b4 (actual) London Close (NO+3h)' ....
I added 4min to my Lndn session so now :59 (not :55)... it made a positive difference b4 'session close all' (SCA).
Out of 30 Trades... only 9 had SL/TP (2hit TP/0 hitSL) all the rest closed by SCA.

How did you end up w/ 14 EURAUD 'deals'??? Still 'auto' only? Max3? You trade an extra hour than me but 14 is a lot!

Funny... I was watching those same 'minutes till session close' and watch 'basket' improvement in last 5-4-3-2-1 min. We try both!

Hi Chake,

I get what you mean.

However, I am at GMT - same time with LO. My intention is for the Dashboard to beginning trading at LO+1hr 15m, which should be 09:15. But it wants me to set it to 10:15 to become activate - that is the problem.

In your case you subtracted, while it wants me to add the 1Hour which is saying that I am GMT+2 locally.

I use this same time setting structure with "Dashboard - Power MeterV2" and everything works out just fine - it starts and closes the Sessions as it should according to the same settings and reflects my local time.

If you look at my two earlier posts on this issue (#Post 7,989 and #Post 7,997), my point is more to make sure that the News Setting and the Session show the same details and work based on the same time setting.

In the screenshot in #Post 7,989, you can see that all the other tools making use of a time setting have a synchronized timing except for the Dashboard which was turned off because it was out of session due to the GMT+1 issue.

Hope I am making some sense here.

I will activate it as it wants and see how it handles the upcoming News event.

Today at 8:10am NY time... comparing 2 BD they looked like that. Starting before 8am NY. Both with its defaults settings.

GVC's Dashboard Power meter V1. JamesT's set with heat map true and false. 0.01 lot. 3 trades per pair
from LO +25 to LO+3:40, close all trades after session
60/30 level to open B/S. 15/40 TP/SL from ADR.

Best time to close all today was at LO +1:30. Second screenshot

Third screen. Yesterday results. Same time for session.

With heat map true = more stable.
