in case you guys are wondering why UC dropped suddenly.(unfortunately went to sleep and missed the move) oil broke 40 reaching 42

seeing all the green pips here and i can't wait to save up enough to start fulltime trading

you need minimum 5years of trading and minimum 50k account to work full time.Its my goal but not there.Having another job allows to trade stress free and learn what you are doing.When you don't and you have to pay bills it will become a nightmare.
Take your time.Your goal 1st 3 years is NOT to lose account after account.If you can survive that you got a chance.Most fail within 1st year.

GU long targeting 5550 minimum that's 150pips in 5 positions
Div+cross
Note not every signal works out but I like this trade.GU has dived 300pips without correction. 38.2Fib is 5540 of recent swing

And a good advise from ur experience and I totally agree, am on my third year and just started to see the light , so still time for full time trader

I read from one of the old reply that its a good idea to back test. Can anyone provide some guidance on how to do this? What am I back testing exactly?
Do I set the parameters and input in the system and find out how many successful trades I would get form TDI crosses? Sorry if I am not clear as I don't know how to go about doing this.

hi davit it depends which country you come from and what are your goals i have 10k and i do this full time now...

Dear Likica and Davit,

This is eddie, i trade from Bahrain +3 GMT.

i am really interested to trade using the TMS 30 method.

i downloaded the 5 files at the very first page.

the tpl file goes to the template folder of MT4

remaining 4 files to go MQL indicator folder.

when i load the template i dont get the result as yours.

even synergy pro td1 indicator doesnt shows up.

can you please help me achieve the template as yours.

i would really appreciate your efforts.

I was just going to say the same thing. Agreed, you don't need $50k, you can trade full-time with $10k starting capital and withdraw profits above $10k at the end of every month, or every two weeks... all depends on how you want to pay yourself.

Hi Eddie,
I have many templates to play around (I got bored sometimes) and don't really care which is which. Just get any TDI version and APB on your charts, concentrate reading price actions and keep eyes on TDI. That's what you need.

1st is knowledge and 2nd is experience for at least 3 years to earn a living, forget about how big your capital is. Don't make excuses saying don't have capital (real money) to start trading to learn how to deal with market (psychology part) to gain experience which can be from $200 (after you ve done your 1st part of course). I am confused how people coming to trading (which I perceive it as become a specialist) and trying to get things from here and there, jumping one system to another (because it s free). It s not making any sense. You either pay the fees upfront (like you do for university before your attend the courses) or you pay as you go (you blow acct one after another) plus time. It 's all up to you. I remember LW once said something like if you can make money in trading with small acct, you can do it with big acct.

Ah, to answer your question, yes I am a full time trader. Save your time to learn and experience as a part time trader, treat it as a part time job, (not a hobby nor turn up to trading when you feel like even when market vol not there) then see how you go from that.. Good habits make us become successful.

blown 2 accounts, worth 800, the third one though is going very well, i do agree with you.coming up to my third year in a few months, so we'll see but feeling positive about the future.

well done - this was risky on the M30 - there was div but it needed a TL / 200ema break long - so would have been a BE play
