hello HP,

i've recently started to read that huge thread, and i have question about the pairs to calculate the sync: are they equally weighted ? because there are the major pairs & the others: not the same importance indeed.

excellent, may you share your set file? so we can learn from it. Mine were not so good, it went in DD later so nothing to share here. It was only yesterday good after LO.

Testing the synconly.set I made the following observations:

 

  1. SL/TP is not modified on some of the trades.
  2. Some pairs show filter code 1. My poor brain has no idea what restriction this can be.
  3. Wether reverse trading direction is set to true or false makes no difference


All the other filter coeds are working like a charm and the pdf is really helpful

ye maybe we need lower entries to not get in when its oversold.
would the EA hedge if market turn around and a trade is still open

this were my settings for last few days. today very few trades but it closed in profit even the morning was not good.
setfile goes with trade manager. the idea is to enter 0.04 lot and close 0.03 at +10 pip and BE 0. the rest 0.01 lot will run to +40. like this dash will not close and open trades instantly but in hope when we have a retracement and BE hit to open again 0.04
