Bottom truth is it does.Its lagging indicator.It does distort true price action.It does average out previous candles similar to moving averages.

I watched literally thousands of charts videos traders using naked chart trading Price action.Not once have I seen a trader who used HC to trade naked as substitute for JC who used Price Action as trading method.

I am still in UC short. HC H1 still showing bull even after PA dropped 14pips
lets see by the time it turns Red we could be 30pips south...

remember Big E used HA candles for 2 main reasons...

1. psychology - less info less heart attacks
2. entry rules

there is no general two way corresponding association b/w the 2 candle types [because averages are used] but they are tethered [ranges must overlap] - so green HAs means generally bullish [without details to scare noobs ]

EDT: i should add Phx62 has defined HA reversal candle patterns

Looking forward to reload at 3130 again.Its been my cash cow I just about sold UC on every swing as long as oil holds 40. Once Oil breaks 40 then it opens up different paradigm shift.

+160pips is not scalp category Scalpers wished they could scalp that much.Usually they go quick 5-10pips

Adding to losing positions has severe negative connotations.
However when done property with clear SL and trading edge its a great way to build equity.
Let me clarify

Person A trades full 1 lot
He enters 3130 short SL 3150 and PA takes him out and -200 and then turns south at 3155 without him.

Person B divides 1 lot into 4 mini lots
He enters at 3130 3140 3150 and still not fully committed.He waits out the DD and PA goes south and he profits.

2 traders trading same PA 1 is ahead and the other is -200

There is more
Should person B see that his 1st entry is totally wrong he gets out with only -.25lot instead of full lot.

good point - i guess i call it that cause its so easy to trade - check fundies (your posts - this is hard for me bit learning ) - check TA - set and forget - then i can focus on breakouts/PA ...

DD is 1.88% - win 78.90% - R:R 1:1.49 [last MN & this one up to today]

WARNING: Davit is a pro-level experienced trader and noobs attempting to follow him may get squashed like a grape in the arm pit of Big Show(WWE)
