Looks like discussions here at this site forum on ICMarkets is much more active than at the FPA (forex peace army) where I am now engaged in a dialog with ICM Head of Dealing Desk, Angus Walker, on my thread "Crunch Time! My issues with ICMarkets"....under "Scam Alert" section.
I could use some help there if any of you guys are up to it because I think one guy poising as an ordinary member is teaming up with ICM against me.
ICM Angus sent me a sample ICM tick charts (not for the date & time of my issues with them) and 3 other ASIC brokers tick chart to demonstrate how easy it is to see market movements for a particular currency pair (in my case for the USD/CAD).
When I asked Angus why their two Support staffs and, later, Team Leader Sung Choi did not send me similar comparison tick charts which would have proven without any doubt that USD/CAD did in fact have widen spread among ASIC regulated brokers and not confined only to (apparently and which was my contention with them in the first place) ICM back-office server.
To get out of his (Angus) apparent mistake in emailing & showing me those tick charts (for a very different date & time), Angus posted: "Our support staff who you dealt with didn't collect it at the time and this is reflective of their inexperience rather than them not willing to cooperate or hide facts from you...."
So, even their senior personnel Support Team Leader Sung Choi is "inexperience" as well and, as a result of their inexperience, couldn't and still have not provided me irrefutable proof that USD/CAD did have widen spread to stop-out my account without any margin-call warning.
It is posted boldly at ICM official website:

In providing client with inexperience Support Staff, ICMarkets has in effect contravene their advertisement claim and is guilty of an offense for "false advertisement" which is punishable under Australian applicable laws.
Well, I have basically completed drafting and summarizing my issues/disputes with ICMarkets and shall be submitting them for ASIC and other Australian regulatory bodies for their review and merit for any follow-up investigation (it's up to them).
Let me make it very clear that I have never nor do I intend to claim for any compensation money from ICM and that has never been my issue/dispute with them. All I wanted from them was a simple proof of spread widening for the USD/CAD on 15/Mar/2015 between 16.59 and 17:00 hours during some Canadian and US economic news releases because my ICM MT4 terminal (and on my two other brokers terminal too) does not show such widening of spreads.
If I had knew back in Mar 2015 that I could get comparison tick charts from ICM and other ASIC regulated brokers (as ICM Angus Walker so "kindly" sent/provided me sample on 27/July/2015) I would have gone straight to myfxbook to retrieve these charts for my own review and, if these tick charts confirmed that there was indeed spread widening on that date and time, my issues/disputes with ICM would have ended right there and then.
So, now the question is: Why didn't ICM Support & Team Leader (or even Angus as I extend copies of email correspondences with ICM Support) sent me those irrefutable comparison tick charts?
The answer can only be, that's because there is no spread widening on that date and time and it only happened at ICM back-office which instantly stop-out my trading account with them without any time for any margin call warning.
Another "coincidence" I discovered in the course of my research is that, after approx 7 months & 12 account stop-outs on the same account with ICM , I decided (more like coming to my senses as I have never made any withdrawals from any of the other more than 10 brokers that I have used for over 5 years in the forex market) made my very first withdrawal on 24/Aug/2014 (and another one on 31/Sept/2014) and , perhaps, ICM doesn't like client to withdraw money as I have always been a deposit-only losing client
Well, whatever and wherever my case issues/disputes with ICM will go from here, I have absolutely nothing to gain nor any more to lose to them.
ICMarkets will just have to prove that my calling them I-See-Bucketshop is indeed not justifiable and false

I was going to deposit to IC markets but now I am afraid until some IC Markets reps explain this!

overall IC market is good broker, but every now and then we see such disconnect issue, I really wish that CEO of company solve this matter once and for all, they have good chances to grow big if they solve this issue. I would also like to read more about the company owners/CEO and other important management people and their profiles, so that we can know who these people are and how reliable they are. right now I cant find any information about the top management of the company.

overall IC market is good broker, but every now and then we see such disconnect issue, I really wish that CEO of company solve this matter once and for all, they have good chances to grow big if they solve this issue. I would also like to read more about the company owners/CEO and other important management people and their profiles, so that we can know who these people are and how reliable they are. right now I cant find any information about the top management of the company.
