Oil for today
Yes, I know I could have traded longer today to catch nice moves but I usually finish trading in the morning if I can or the wife gets cross (cut the lawn, chase the cat away from the bird feeder etc).

And finally - end of day
E/J 8am 15 minute bar breakout = profitable trade taken around R2 ( It was hit so many times even I could take a hint)

Nothing else traded today. I am trying to follow Billies advice and concentrate on few instruments. Logically, this might be better if concentrating on two things with two time frames rather than looking for set ups in several instruments. For example, what would one do if several instruments indicated a viable trading opportunity and you only have funds for two instruments at one time (In my case oil -5 minutes and/or cable hourly or e/j 15 minute break). Whatever I do, oil will always be traded by me since I am happy with it unless it shows "spikey" action before I look at it.
Perhaps I should write down my trading process and stick it to the screen. Must go and feed the cat yelling in my ear

Lastly -albeit not traded today because of big red bar (fearing a big retrace )- I think Claudia cautions against trading large bars?
Anyway- thoughts on hourly cable. Scratched a few pips profit today so the cat will get fed

Just had a look at other pairs - seems most (except G/Y) would have produced a profit via the Billy 15 minute 8am bar breakout ?

Yep always have to worry about the pull back. But today just kept going down.

By around 8.15 most orders placed pre London open have been filled same applies to NY.

Cable.... Well well we are in same zone again - lot of times touched --- Year mid Pivot and more staff. Not going to be brave to go long again,

Daily S2 maybe good idea (400 SMA on 4 hour... oh ...shut up )

Edit: Asian session open under day pivot, that gives some room to touch pivot, if bears are sleeping.

Turnip, when I did trade full time it started with g/u then e/u and progressed to E/J and oil was a different matter. I did trade a/u

sometimes , when I was trading e/u and g/u I would always look at the best stats if both pairs had an entry.

The way I traded I needed a big bank roll and having 2 running pairs could of been disastrous.

2 pairs earn twice as much and lose twice as much.

The idea is,, if keep cable keeps going I am looking for 15550 and 15560 has been important, but not being greedy 15550 will be ok .
BUT,,,, if it drops to low of 20-00 candle 15507 I would then look for 15460, also yesterday daily low would of been broken. AND we have the round number 15500 lol, I shall forget that ... Stops will be taken out but I will kamikaze it should it happen plus my friend will throw chicken bones onto the dust

The 20-00 candle long failed, but the way I trade it didn't lol. it broke the low so this was a verified short, we had a bit of a retrace but it dropped. The 04-00 candle was a good one, By this time the person in next room started trading and like yesterday added me to her personal trade lol. I am not free to speak after this post.

Break the 60 zone then down to the next 00 ? Waiting for NY again seems to becoming a habit

Need about 19 to finish the week. With adr around 50% should be more movement.
