Yes agreed, just practising spotting the setup's. It seems that even on ranging markets, mostly you can get b/e +1 at worse so when things are trending........

if you know what a 123 is a 2b is a broken 123 look at the charts that were posted and you will see the setup

This one is a failed 123 although it doesn't actually look like the pattern completed on screen. Price did however penetrate the low of point 2 but did not close below it.

We are though still a bit rangy and presumably you would be looking for some expansion in the range before taking your first trade of the day.

price made new high now a potential 123 to go short

When it goes, it does so quickly. Wasn't looking, would have been out at +10 in 4 minutes. Still in a range though and not surprising it rejected the bottom of it.

Also, I saw this on another thread, quite amusing.

well if you took 2b short at 31 your still in trade I didn't market need to show me more

well that's annoying my 31 2b short worked and I wasn't in that's what you get for over analysis just trade the turning points

There was volume divergence at the highs on the 15 min as well.

Volume divergence at the low's now on the 15 min and a possible 2b entry at 49.11.

Blinkin' typical, it worked for +10! We're getting more volume divergence though and 2b long entry currently at 48.97.

I'm beginning to think you might be right, typical over analysis. Why take a perfectly good system and look to complicate it, funny thing human nature !
