like i said before Dman i cant see the Cable to nite at all.. just doesnt look rite to me.. gonna focus on the Dax.. the 4 hr on that looks DOWN..then again i mite just go bed i think...got a short on there at 505

Oh NFP disagrees. Should have seen that coming...
Ruined bear flag on UJ especially, also GU chart a bit screwed, but was firts GBP data and then now NFP..so is data screwage ..think flow should resume now.

yes tom ,

watching those points and price levels is critical in decision making in the now moment.the value changes tell me everything.

and yes again,double wammy from news for bulls.

i was flat as i generally am for announcements of news.

closed at 48 for 12 pips ,im having some pc issues here .this has been hard work for me today grinding out pips

presently price at 1 hour,i did fall yesterday down to the monthly at 17 level.my interest is at this price level.if we break lower then 15412 looks to be obvious next support ,4 hour completion of cycle.

When i first started back trading spot i had a method of trading of which was very simplistic and very successful.that method is here in the early part of my journal.it was simple ,i traded 1 min charts looking for micro ranges in that t/f ,i used the quotes to determine 123 ,s higher highs lower lows and traded the breaks for 5 to whatever pips was offered.

the problem i had was i did not know why this simple method worked.and i drifted from its key components ,2 years later after doing a full circle in which i lost my Constancy of profit and was somewhat in the dark i eventually realized why it works ,it did not work because of my channel lines or the quotes .it worked because it requires a combination of 3 things,my reference points ,my quotes and my detail to managing risk.it was by chance in the beginning that i was doing good but until i knew WHY i had no way of consistently repeating it ,if one ingredient is missing then it will over time fail.

my method has developed since then but only in its finesse ,all of which are here within my journal.

i wish you luck if you read it ,because if i was to read it from beginning to end i would be in fear of ending up as insane as myself !this journey has certainly got me close.

here is a short cut,a little secret.take a level,take the values of a group,and trade from that line using the value changes as your guide .
