Got short here (a bit late) candle pattern + fork etc.
We'll see where it goes.. I was feeling an uptrend was starting.
Edit: A better fork than previous green one I think.
Retraced half of last green leg up, a rather interesting location and action now. I like having the bisect line on because it just makes the swings very explicit.

Just to be clear I'm also a new learner, so caution must be taken with my opinions. But sharing opinions make part of the learning process.
Regarding your first question "why did I choose fork 2".
As you can see, price came out of fork 1 and started making LH's and LL's. Center = HH, LML = HL (confirmed by price going below that low), RML = LH.
2nd question
Your fork is another interpretation of this method, highly subjective. Anyway, your view and mine says that the trend is changing fom up to down, at this TF.
3rd question
My view on this pair is different from your as you can see by the chart attached. As I understand, you went long at resistance level and imo I would wait for another touch of the LML (buying cheaper).
