The only con I have so far is that MT4 platform sometimes lagging. And I'm not talking about trading during news. It's just sometimes got frozen, but not realy often.

I got this issue only with mobile version, but it could be because of internet connection.

Today i have one problem wwith fxpro broker. A large wick has brought my trade (GBP/NZD), I am terribly angry against this broker.

I asked the online support to get back to winning position, saying that he had contact "dealing desk". 2 Hours after no answer from fxpro support...

they are big scam

i verified my account and deposited they are keeping sending me emails to verify it again

they stop there platform and do tricks like locking trades then there support say they don't know what happen (ctrader)

they have a card they sent it and they blocked me from uploading to it so i can not withdraw through it .

they are totally scam hahaha

i just lost 600$ with them

You all should stop using using ctrader cause its the scam of the century. stick with their mt4 and you should be fine

I checked on a different brokers platform XM they also had that long wick. I may be wrong , but I think all the brokers get the instruments which they sell to us from the same few sources, since FXPRO survives only on their commission the various prices do not affect them. So I think stoploss hunting etc does occur but , unless I am wrong, it is either the other brokers or the marketmaker who perhaps manipulates the prices, and not FXPRO

"Trade like a pro" , that's what's up FF . Reminds me of sports bookies which block accounts for "money laundering investigations" after you've hit 3+ odds on obscure soccer games. Oldest trick in the book but you signed up to it when opening the account...

We declined the deposit as per your request, so the funds were on hold from your bank. Please contact them to ask if they can release these funds back to your card now and they should be able to do so.

After read all the comment here,some bad,some good,i try FxPro my self demo (mt4 fix) for a few month with news trading method,very good execution speed even when high impact news release (NFP),(I'Rate).
I have Roboforex live mt4 fix and FBS live mt4 fix,for a few month experience i found FxPro is the best broker for news trading coz the execution speed is highly fast,always +-10 pip better compare to my other broker,
Roboforex and FBS also best broker for news trading but FxPro is the best.Try it your self (demo) and use newstrading method,you'll see what i mean,I've just open live mt4 fix with them HOPEFULLY the live execution speed is better than demo,

will post my new experience with them soon.

Today I submitted a request to open a third account. ( I have a standard MT4 and a fixed spread, I need a MT 5 so I can close the fixed spread). They told me they're unable to approve additional accounts for me.
When I asked why they quote this..

"6.10 FxPro in entitled to refuse the provision of any investment or ancillary service to the client, at any time, without being obliged to inform the client of the reasons to do so in order to protect the legitimate interests of both the client and the Firm.
23.6 The client accepts that the trading of any transactions in financial instruments shall occur only through the FxPro trading platforms(s) available at any given time to the client."

I'm getting really worried I'll have withdrawals problems in the future. What do you guys think? Shoul I move my money immediately?

Why wouldn't you be able to withdraw your money? You really think a broker registered in the UK is going to do a runner! If they were going to keep your money they would want you to open another account

In saying that, it's sounds rather stupid that you are not allowed to open another account with them and they wont even give you a reason. Not a very transparent operation that they are operating so that would make me want to withdraw my money!
I mean so if everyone has bad things to say about all UK brokers, which broker are we to use then? Are you saying we should all stop trading because you come here and scream scam! Don't just identify the problem guys provide the solution if any.

Nobody is saying anything bad about UK brokers properly regulated by the FCA, but in the case of FXPRO their socalled FCA regulation is not actually what they say it is. Go to the FCA site and check for fxpro and youll see the comment from FCA making it clear that fxpro is actually regulated by CYSEC primarily. So brothers what this means is that if another SNB situation happens again and fxpro gets in trouble then youll be left holding your balls in the cold cause all your money with them is gone.
