Both I think balance approach is necessary.Would you want to be wrong side of news? I have news feed direct on my template.Just tells me what I need to know.
Pure TA traders often underestimate power of news releases.

Attempted shorting UJ 4 times all losers (small losses)
I think BOJ dumped shitload of yen on fears of Greece reaction to stay competitive.As soon as Euro recovers a little UJ will come down.
Its resiliently holding on to 2340
Based on this system I had no business of shorting UJ when I did hence I am posting this to others that this system has nice way of avoiding weak trades.
Going to stick with it.Having said this my eyes are on 123.77-85 zone 61.8 fib of daily swing.Will watch PA behavior there

One thing to keep in mind is this.
UJ is barometer of currencies like Aussie, New Zealand and to some extend Canadian dollar
UJ going up forces AU NZ UC losing to USD as well.Correlation is strong

AU92% NZ 85%

This should be back of your mind always.Kind of automatic response to PA independent to any system.

Notice the cross.Keep in mind overall trend is Bear hence taking reasonable TP is wise.
I closed 9trades yesterday on AU in profit and this is my round 3

Heavy USD buying despite of highest unemployment claims since April
This is largely due Yellen to testify Weds and market usually gets bullish assuming IR hike is still on track in Sept.
There are lot of factor that I doubt there will be IR hike in 2015 perhaps in 2016 but crises in China,Greece and already high USD it will be plain stupid kill any real chance of recovery.
Some basic background
5.4%unemployment is misleading
8.8% are underemployed part timers
93million Americans out of labor force highest since 1977!!
Slow growth lot lower then what Feds anticipated beginning of the year.
Putting all this together it does not take a genius to see already expensive USD is pushing oil down pushing steel down=laying off more jobs that actually pays well.
So if Yellen and her entourage want oil at 45 then raise IR because that will put stop to any hope of recovery.We need administration change in Washington bad.We need a true Conservative at Feds and in White house.

Closed my AU longs at 7428
Reasonable profit from 3 positions. We most likely test 7390-80 again for another go.
