i think clive take your ttindy and change then100 to say 20 (same as your.fasttmaline)Timeframe??? 1min and 5 min gives you early alert or you.set it to the channela.of.5.and.15

clive are you looking to get a alert on the tma when the slope changes the color of the center line?

that i would say is a yes....but can alert be given if users choosed if he wants 2 slopes same colour at same time?
what im.thinking is..if 15min channel.is sloping up.and is green then alert only.given if 5min channel.is the same

each indi is independent of each other, so no, unless I build a mtf version, which would take a while. im not the greatest coder but I can add an alert on slope, i think i can get it to tell you the time frame of the alert as well.

well.be good.if.you can.what im thinking is something that alerts us.when both channels are together....turning together.....eg the centerband alert so.maybe a mtf version maybe needed

Been doing that for years and the images go right into my trade journal.

Here's a script that you can run (set up quick keys to run it quickly) every time you open and close a trade and it saves them into the folder;

Your MT4 location\MQL4\Files\Chart

It adds the label to the image that gives pair & TF. Also it names the saved files as such but also with ticket # and the time (server time) for the order entry. See attached example (no trade open because market is closed but you get the idea.

Hi

Has it got a slope change alert??? I knew it had a bands being pierced alarm which is cool especially for the 15 and 1 hr so we can get an alert for that but I'm not so sure its got a slope alert???

Sorry meant to load it up on post so I will go back there and do it now but meantime I've just added another template with Heiken Ashi candles which can clean up the pullbacks...

Heres a chart with the Heiken Ashi candles...

Thanks Clive! I am not being lazy but the file search top of page only goes up to 350 . I was looking over that volatility indy I posted and can't believe I missed this one!

Not sure which volatility indy you're referring to but if I was a daily trader I'd use my CSM to find me the best pairs to trade..

Imagine taking that colour change and getting a couple of entries early on just after the slope change. This has gone 3,800 pips since the colour change.Not all gonna work this well but you won't know until you try...

This system would work on any timeframe including a Daily..

EDIT: Uploaded daily templates with and without HA candles and there is an email alert too so set the alerts up for your own personal preferences but email sounds good to me on these longer term trades

The code says the alert will say up or down when the color changes

Color change is a function of slope.

OK thanks , all good to go then just put the alerts on and sit back and relax until you get an alert then have a look to see whats setting up or not as the case might be..

Did you see its got an email option too, so that could be cool for the longer term charts that won't be alerting on a daily basis..
